I liked the room was nicely decorated and clean. The bubbles didn't work in the public hot tub. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. A little bit unprofessional, but funny.

Yes, the rooms are a little higher but, they give better military discount rates and are alot cleaner than the other hotels we stayed at . Believe me it is well worht it to have a room that doesn't stink and isn't filthy. The Boucany was great a nice place to relax and drink a cup of coffee. And the staff at the front desk were great very friendly.

Hotel was located on main highway. Room smelled and beds were old and soft.

Requested suite on upper floor with balcony, and we were given a suite in the basement with a patio, and view of a fence. Hotel has an indoor pool, but were told when we arrived, that pool was closed for renovations, and we could walk thru two parking lots to a neighboring hotel, and use their pool. On-duty Manager was unresponsive to our complaints about the pool being closed. Since the hotel has no continental breakfast, it would have been nice if the manager had offered a free breakfast as compensation for the pool not being available. I made a complaint to Marriott as soon as we returned home, and after three additional emails and two months, I finally received an email giving me the option to have a free night at the hotel. That was not acceptable to me, since I have no plans to travel to that area again for at least two years. Customer service regarding complaints need to be improved. I basically wasted two Marriott gift cards, and did not enjoy this long-awaited trip.

Clean rooms, niceTV with a good selection of channels. I asked for a room on the top floor and they didn't give me one. I stay here a lot. Usually when I walk in the guy behind the counter seems to recognize me and give a room on the top floor in the back (way from the road). This time I didn't bother asking, but for some reason he gave me a room on the 3rd floor on the road side. When I asked for a room on the top floor back, he reset the card w/o saying anything. When I looked at the number on the card it was on the 4th floor. Still pretty quiet but itpassed me off that he didn't say anything.

Clean, convenient to highway, halfway between NY and Charleston, SC. Great rooms and beds. Remodeled last year this place is not your average Courtyard. Really a nice surprise after driving ~7 hours from NY/CT.

Comfortable, clean and nice. None. Very friendly staff too.

It was very quiet at night. The hotel staff was very friendly. The key that they gave me for the room would not open the door. After several attempts they upgraded me to a suite for all our trouble.

Nice lobby, surprisingly quiet for being so close to the highway. Elevators are deadly slow. Seems to be on the higher end of Courtyards. Fireplace in the lobby and drinks. You can't make a left out of the parking lot which is a little annoying because the restaurants are that way.

Hotel staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating, hotel was clean, neat; I felt safe and comfortable. The bed mattress was a little too soft. I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The hotel staff was pleasant, professional and accommodating. The lobby area and room were clean and inviting.
