Went to participate in a family gathering. Staff very friendly, helpful. Breakfast good, lots of choices. Far enough from the freeway so no car noise.

The location. As it was in proximity to the other hotel/motels in the area. Staff was not friendly and accommodating.

Front desk was fantastic, but minor ( but often ) overlooks on house cleaning was evident. I would not stay there again for the price I paid.

Friendless & helpfulness of staff at sign-in. Some confusion about location (probably my fault). This Marriott lives us to the corporation image. Fully satisfied and will use it again!

was there to be close to my elderly mother with my kids for a few days over spring break. the location was great movie theater,shopping,resturants all within sight. the beach is within 30 min. and we went to Sandbridge a more rustic beach about 45min. lots to do but I thought it was very expensive for what you get Breakfast is not free 7.95 I think. Mixed emotions after 3 night stay.

Very friendly staff. Convenient to many restaurants. More than met expectations. Hotel staff was great. They recommended non-chain restaurants that I may want to try when I asked about dining in the area. They provided me with a room in a quieter section of the hotel.

convenient stop heading towards the Outer Banks. Room was very clean, NEW beds were great (females will like all of the pillows), bathroom clean with good water pressure. Breakfast was a good buffet. Complimentary USA Today. Friendly Staff.

While the facility is newer and clean, upon checking in the room there were no towels. When I informed the front desk they said they would get some to me as soon as possible. About 15 minutes later someone showed up with 1 towel and tol me they would bring more whe they came out of the dryer! As is always the case, I was running behind and then had to wait on them so I could shower and get dressed for my wedding.

Very clean with an awesome location. Pool was a little cold. This Courtyard has always had a very friendly and helpful staff. The large rooms and bathrooms make for a very comfortable stay. Free internet is also available inside each guest room.

Nice location, and friendly staff. Decor in room could have been more appealing. Hotel was in a nice location. Hotel was surrounded by a a lot of shops. Which the room was more appealing. It wasn't that the room was not clean, it was only that the rooms decor was not appealing. The staff at the hotel made the stay at this hotel worth our while, they were very friendly and accommodating. I also spent a day at the Westin and the staff at the Westin did not come close to the service we received at the Courtyard.

This hotel is very clean. It is also exactly where I needed it to be. Minor, minor point - but I didn't like the location of the closet. Courtyard by Marriott hotels have absolutely the best mattresses in this class of hotel.

Great food, super staff, courtesy shuttle, and hot tub. First time bothering to write a review - being a weekly biz traveler, I'm not easily impressed. High value for the money. Staff was unbelievably helpful during a car breakdown as well - shopping, great food nearby to boot.
