quiet and restful, but we were dissapointed to find there was no complimentary breakfast available. plus a regular size Twix bar cost $1.75.

A Marriott is a Marriott - you always know what you're going to get-excellence! That I had to pay for breakfast. Everything about it is good: location, cleanliness, physical plant, efficiency, friendliness - will definitely use it again.

The hotel was everything we would have wanted. Friendly caring staff, clean, nice lobby, clean comfortable well appointed rooms, nice pool, room with a view to the pool area. Nice atmosphere and felt safe. Restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again when in Chandler. We had a third person and they didn't charge us extra! A nice hotel for the money and the star rating.

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and there was coffee in the lobby at all times; this really suprised us and made us feel welcomed. The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was a good size and the water temperature was just right. We liked the fact that the hotel was just a walk away from local restaurants and shops. Our stay at the Marriott was pleasant and we would definitely stay there again. Next time we head out to Phoenix we will book a room at the same hotel.

Very nice atmosphere, front desk person 24/7, market area. Pool was freezing but 95 degrees outside should have been heated. Nice place, very cold pool. Bathroom tile grout was dingy, cob webs in corners on balcony.

My daughter and I traveled to Chandler for a family celebration. We found the Courtyard Marriott to be terrific! It was clean, well-kept and maintained, comfortable room, EXCELLENT mattress on the bed!, great shower, exercise room comfortable - well-maintained equipment, the pool was outstanding (also a hot-tub), the pool area well-kept and a good value for our money. I rated the service OK because, while we got what we needed from the staff, there was rarely anyone at the desk when we came up to it. They were doing something else nearby and we usually needed to wait. Not a big deal, but couldn't call it excellent. I highly recommend staying at this place if you're in Chandler. There's a Paradise Bakery/deli right next door - that has GREAT food as does the 5 & Diner - a 50's type diner with great food and service which is also within short walkiing distance of the hotel.

The hotel is not what you'd expect from a Courtyard - it's fine, but it's a little musty and dark, and the breakfast isn't included. The business center really isn't - it's just a computer in the middle of the lobby.

The Staff at this hotel went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. There was no continental breakfast, which I would have appreciated. This is a pleasant, clean and new appearing hotel. The staff were wonderful!

Outside garden and sitting area was lovely. There was nothing worth mentioning. Accommodations were clean, well appointed, staff friendly, were prepared for our arrival and allowed us to check in early. Very convenient to the place we were visiting.

My stay was great! The staff was always friendly and welcoming. I had always stayed at the hotel across the street from them because they were cheaper; the extra bucks are worth it folks!!

This hotel is AWESOME! My family loved the way we were treated like royalty. x, the General Manager cooked the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Go stay there!

Loved that it was located by dozen or eateries and shopping, very close to everything-great location! Room could have been cleaner and needed to ask for pillows, etc. Nice hotel, centrally located, close to freeway-very sweet staff-more than accommodating, friendly atmosphere. Great value for the money - definitely stay there again!

The staff was friendly & the hotel was quiet & centrally located. The breakfast was unsatisfactory however service was good. Nice place, convenient dining facilities & shopping. The staff was friendly, spacious rooms, good shower, easy freeway access.
