Hotel counter wasrude and not very accommodating. They tried to put me in a handicapped room. When I refused the first room they put in a room right by an elevator (noisy).They also forgot my morning wake up call and did not give a morning paper by my door. Courtyard hotels are mostly old and over priced.

Standard motel room with minimal accomadations, poorly functioning heating/air conditioning unit, musty odor in room and corridor, and costly breakfast with a paucity of choices. For $* a night, I expected somewhat more than the above. The desk personnel were friendly, but unable to correct the problems.

Stayed overnight on the way to Chicago. Excellent experience; room was perfect. Breakfast buffet in the morning (excellent price) was outstanding (cook your own waffles). Would highly recommend. Near some very good restuarants.

Clean. Adequate gym. Lobby/common area nice. Room is basic. Bathroom is basic. Not upscale. But met expectations. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey, so didn't try it. You will get what you expect - a clean hotel, friendly staff, adequate gym, basic no-frills room at a fair cost. Not as upscale as I remembered Courtyard to be, very much in line with the Hampton Inn I stayed at the night before.

It is close to most of the things we needed. Noise level in halls and slow response on towels for pool area. We have used this hotel several times. It is same and close to shopping and entertainment.

Friendly staff - very concerned about safety while shampooing carpets. Great location, friendly and professional staff. The pool was really nice, too!

very clean, convenient to all area attractions, quiet parking area was very icy Great value -- clean -- quiet -- comfortable -- many chain restaurants with 2-3 minutes
