The Courtyard Knoxville Cedar Bluff, in Knoxville, Tennessee was a welcome rest for our busy schedule. We felt very relaxed and comfortable as we used the fitness facilities. The location is great as it is close to restaurants. We will stay there again.

Great location (restaurants, mall, shopping, etc.). Nice, clean rooms but expected more for the money paid. Comfortable beds and nice work area. Pool on the small side. Overall - nice but overpriced for what you get.

The staff was very friendly. I did not like the layout of the room. The location was bad. The bad location, lack of a restaurant and no refrigerator in the room (Despite the designed space for one).

Location was nice. Breakfast not included! Nice staff. Comfortable room. No free breakfast buffet but would have been a charge of $8.95 each for my wife and myself. Ususally this sort of cold breakfast is free with room at similar facilities that is why I choose it and was very disappointed at price when it did not include breakfast.

Clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price. I generally like complimentary continental breakfast which this particular hotel doesn't have. The hotel was in a convenient and safe location. Check-in was prompt and simple. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Check-out was a breeze.

I enjoyed the comfort, appearance, and staff. I didn't like staying on the second floor. I always prefer the first floor. This is a very fine hotel. It would be better if it provided refrigerator, and microwave. I certainly enjoyed my stay.

The beds were very comfortable. Not accommodating to smokers. I had brought snacks that needed microwaved and we did not have a microwave in the room. Luckily we brought our own cooler filled with drinks for the car trip so we just carried it to the room. The hotel was very clean and the beds were great too. I will never stay there again.

Recent renovation; friendly staff. Price and location OK, but not optimum. Friendly staff, nice location, nice facilities, generally quiet, but noisy kids next door.

The Staff was great, the room clean, and an overall great experience. That the breakfast was no longer complimentary to all travelers. The Staff was wonderful. We were really late getting to the hotel due to travel difficulties, but they were very accommodating and helpful even at that late hour. The room was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
