Close to the places we needed to go. Great place! We had our 25th Anniversary party stay there 15 years ago. The staff went out of their way to help us at this stay.

I will never stay here again. We stayed here recently (Feb 2009) and the front desk attendant was nothing less than rude. We were too tired from our trip to go out to eat so we decided to stop in the "Market" advertised as a part of the hotel (right next to the front desk) to grab some snacks. The price list indicated that there should be double what was available. When one of my companions suggested fruit might be a good addition the front desk attendant replied "that's not my job." She was quite unpleasant. When we tried to reach the front desk for extra blankets, a wake-up call, or check-out the phone would ring several times then a message was given that the switchboard was busy. Strange how the phone never rang once while we were at the front desk, yet we could never get anyone to answer when we called. F- for service. The hotel was clean. The beds were soft (not something I like).

I had a great room, clean (except for the food receipt I found under the desk), but the food is only so-so. The charge for breakfst is just under ten bucks, and continental breakfasts just as good or better are included at other hotels.....

Excellent bed desk area is perfect for a business traveler. Acar was broken into in the back parking lot. They need better security.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Pay TV features were abundant but choice of free channels was very limited. Check in was quick and house service were prompt without disturbing personal items. It was quiet and comfortable with easy access to good shopping. Lobby with internet accessibility was comfortable and convenient. Access to drive was difficult during rush hour coming from highway but the setting was nice and quiet. Convenient parking is somewhat limited.

Pleasant, clean, recently remodeled. Real glass glasses in room. Mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable. Dirty glasses and empty tissue box were not replaced for second night's stay. The hotel is a typical Courtyard with a location that provides easy access to the interstate. Warning: the mattresses are extremely soft. I was unable to sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off. A good night's sleep was impossible. Although I was pleased to find real glass tumblers in the room, they were not replaced with clean ones when the room was cleaned. Also, the empty tissue box was not refilled. Minor annoyances, sure, but I expect more from a 3-star hotel.

The staff was courteous and the rooms werespacious. This hotel was hard to get to during rush hour traffic. This hotel was clean, had nice amenities such as a pool and a restaurant. It was also close to many other restaurants and shopping.

The tub shower was not slippery, beds comfortable, breakfast was good. The walls are very thin! You can hear when the drapes close in the next room. We stayed Thursday and Friday night, Thursday night was fine but Friday night we had to leave at 1:30 am because the noise was awful. The police had to come out. Hotel staff was very accommodating, they offered to move us to a different room but we were leaving the morning anyway, so we just packed up and went home early.
