Nice Hotel. Very clean! Bed was very comfortable. The rooms were very quiet. Staff was curteous. Half of them didnt speak English, but they seemed to be good workers. Front Desk was prompt with answering our requests for extra's. Didnt know they were serving a continental breakfast, no one told us at check-in so we missed it.

they show the room with a breakfast but then they charge you $9.95 if you want it. this is not a residence inn. the room was supposed to come with a $20.00 target card, we recieved it but it took till the next day for the hotel to figure it out.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was nice and clean. It would be good for traveling with our son because of the sleeper in the room. The pool looked inviting even though we chose not to swim this trip. Everything was clean and the workers were friendly.

Our boys enjoyed the pool here! The breakfast buffet was not worth the $10.00 per person they advertise. We had a promotion so we did not pay that much. There were no vending machines so our kids were disappointed with that and the fact the snacks they had downstairs were way overpriced.

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotels location was close to my destination and was in a nice area of town. The overall experience was very smooth and professional which in turn made for a very pleasurable stay.

Very friendly staff. Hot tub was not working. The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. When we arrived there was no room service available but I'm not sure if it was because it was too late or if there is no restaurant on site.

Our son is in a wheelchair. The first room they gave us did not have a second bed but they were VERY helpfull in making sure we got the room that worked the best for our situation. The staff was very friendly every time we talked to them. We are very satisfied.

The hotel is very near several hospitals. I had some outpatient surgery which required me to stay nearby. The doctor was able to stop by the hotel to check on me over the course of 2 days. I needed to stay an extra day, and the staff took care of it very quickly, and without a fuss. I had to eat a frozen meal, heated in the downstairs microwave, but other than that, the stay was very good. I have used this hotel for business purposes previously and since it is close to our corp. offices, it is in a great location.

Clean, employees were friendly and helpful, and for me the location was great. I did not like the matress - it was way too soft for my taste. I also wish they offered cereal and fruit with the free coffee. Enjoyed my stay. For me the location was just what I needed. The matress was just too soft for me taste.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Pool water was cold and hot tub was way outdated. Not a good choice for people on a leisure trip or even a business person.
