Washington DC's newest Courtyard opened in March 2006. This hotel is the perfect location for both leisure and business travelers. The property is located less than 1 block from the Navy Yard metro station and 5 miles to DCA airport. The World War II, Lincoln, FDR and Jefferson Memorials, Washington Monument, Verizon Center and Capitol Hill are easily accessible. In addition, this is the closest hotel to the new baseball stadium.

For the business traveler, the hotel's ideal location is near Washington Navy Yard, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and BAE Systems. For kids, it offers the Nickelodeon Your Stay program to enhance the child's stay. For leisure guests, Nationals Park, Washington's monuments and memorials, the Smithsonian Museums, Verizon Center and Capitol Hill are all easily accessible.
