The size of the room - was like staying in an apt. The location of my room from the front desk - very long walk with luggage. You don't feel like you're at a hotel at Homewood Suites. This location seems to have bigger room layouts than others I've stayed in and the interior designer did a nice job too.

In town to visit my father. Close to restaurants, airport and beaches. We had to do U-turns to reach the hotel since a main gate was locked at 6pm every night--the only real draw-back.

Hotel is very well upkept, rooms are clean and the courtyard maintence is good. The restaurant in the lobby is a bit expensive and not very good for the price, otherwise an excellent hotel.

Lobby was nice. Staff seems unconcerned that they could not solve problems. I would not return to this hotel. They are unprepared for hotel guests. How does a hotel run out of blankets, roll away beds? Nor did they seem concerned to solve the problem. Breakfast was not an option, too many people trying to dine and not enough staff or space to accommodate. Overall a poor experience for my family. The staff's attitude was most concerning there answer to everything was well were full. Shouldn't matter how full they are they need to be proactive in resoling customer concerns.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Got to take a pot of coffee back to the room. lf you are a heavy water dinker, use the cooker in the exercise room instead of the expensive bottles in room.

We loved our room, very nicely decorated and the bed was wonderful. It was quiet and we had a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and courtyard. The breakfast buffet was expensive but convienient. We enjoyed the free cookies at night and coffee and paper in the morning! The staff was very helpful and cheerful.

The gym was nice clean. The tiles in the bathroom need to be re-grouted there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the shower faucet was malfunctioning. Ok overall but would benefit from some decoration landscape.

Location in terms of general Ft. Myers city. Older and not as up-to-date. This is an adequate hotel to stay in if you are looking for a decent Marriott type property, but it nothing like the more updated ones, although the property setting is fine (courtyard with pool is a lovely enclosed area). Older TVs (no flat screen) and fair rooms just okay, in my opinion relative to other Marriott's in similar price range.

Very friendly staff. Not close to Sanibel Island. Breakfast should be included in the room cost. There was a fair amount of traffic noise. The other side of the motel was much quieter.

The views were awesome. The rooms were beautiful, spacious with balcony view of the water. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was more like an apartment building than an hotel which was okay.

Accessibility, location. Noisy, near busy road. Well located, inland location. Visiting family less than 5 minutes away. Would not choose this hotel otherwise. Typical Courtyard with few amenities. Rooms near busy street are noisy.

Convenient location. Breakfast $10.00, no complementary donuts, juice, etc. Hotel was older with worn mattresses. No ventilator fan in bathroom. Desk chair wouldn't lock in upright position, leaned back unexpectedly and wrenched my back. Then the mattress was to broken down. Almost could get out of bed next day. Ask for a straight chair and one was brought from the lobby, nice desk lady.
