We both enjoyed the fish tank in the lobby greatly. The employee who checked us in at 3 am didn't give us any warm feeling about our stay. The hotel looked nice, we walked in after driving for what seemed a day, finally got to the hotel and just wanted to get into our room and lay down. But when we walked in, the employee who was suppose to check us in was watching TV while we sat with our eyes barely open waiting to check in. We made all sorts of noise, said excuse me, and nothing till about 10 minutes later when he came to check us in. Wasn't nice at all, he took my credit card to pay for the room only to find out the day after when we checked out that the room was charged to the original card I held the reservation on. Why did he need a second card? The bed and room was comfortable. Found some hairs in the bathroom when we first got there which wasn't all that great. We didn't do anything in the hotel, it was just a spot for us to sleep for the night before we went to our true hotel for the trip.

Nice clean hotel in a nice location. Standard 2 full bed hotel room was decent size. We traveled with a toddler & we were very far away from what seemed to be the only elevator. Staff was friendly & courteous. Breakfast was nice yet basic. No restaurant. Fireplace in lobby area. Location was great. Mall was next to hotel, parking lots literally touched. Downtown shopping, ferries, beach all a short drive away. Rained while we were there & we had a great time, imagine what we could have done on a sunny day. Would certainly stay there again.

We found our stay very comfortable but expected as much for over * a night. Motel is not located in downtown, but adjacent to Cape Cod Mall. Must drive to downtown Hyannis. Worked for us but may not be best option for those seeking longer stay in Hyannis.

Convenience to most attractions in Cape Cod. Doorslammed all night long. I think it needs a spring-loaded door hinge. Very nice, neat, clean. Next to Cape Cod Mall. Convenient to walk.

I especially enjoyed the free 24hour tea/coffee service and fresh, clean spaces. I cannot think of a single thing I didn't like about this place. My husband and I travel frequently for short golf trips (3-4 days); the Cape is one of our favorites spots. This was our first stay at the Courtyard Marriott, and we will be staying here from now on. Despite its location on highway 132, the entire property is nice and quiet. We had a king room with loads of space. Super-comfy bed and pillows (not too hard, not too soft); free wireless internet connection, which is crucial for us when we're away. Breakfast buffet was way better than we usually expect in a hotel this size. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Seriously, nothing negative to say about our stay.

The pool room was really warm and relaxing The rooms did not originally have enough bath towels for 4 quests. Overall, it is a hotel that was a great location and I will recommend it to others.

The hotel was clean, updated, and had very good service. The hotel was very clean, updated, and had very good service. Given the fact that we are very low maintenance, we went with the flow of things taking advantage of what the area had to offer which was mainly shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and morning breakfast.

Vary convenient to the mall. There is no bar. Very friendly staff but only beer and wine are served at the bar and you have to get the front desk clerk to serve you.

Location was key. Very close to attractions and restaurants. King size bed was too firm and would have prefered softer. Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room (and bathroom) were very clean and included a small refrigerator, wireless internet and coffee maker. Also, the hotel staff was very nice and respectful making our stay an enjoyable one.

Very kid friendly with a nice kid's people. Nice hotel - I have 3 young children and some time worries that a hotel will not be kid friendly. The Marriott was full of families and the indoor pool was great for young swimmers. Very clean and comfortable hotel.

Hotel staff was helpful in the face of a family emergency. Clean, well kept, great staff, helpful, had a family tragedy immediately prior to the stay and hotel accommodated our stay so we could attend a funeral. Helpful with the late check out.
