Just a few minutes from downtown Atlanta. Located in a very peaceful and social environment. Many places to eat and shop within walking distance. Great place for a couples retreat.

Beds were comfortable. If you parked your own car the parking was a block away for $19. $21 for valet was right next door. Comfortable and Priceline at 40 a night was great. Was disappointed with the forced valet parking.

There were 2 Front desk clerks that had the WORST possible attitude ! It was as if my husband and I were inconveniencing them by checking in... First they required us to place a deposit for incidentals that was greater than the amount we'd PRE-paid for the room???? With out any explanation at all, only stating the obvious... that when we booked the room we agreed to present a vaild credit card and id when we checked in. After a back & forth with the front desk clerk about the situation, the manager steped in, and I must say he was very helpful and polite. However, I still had to ask the clerk what our room number was and how to get to the elevators. This hotel is described as a 3 star... Nahhhh, not so much! There was no TP in the bathroom when we checked in, there was no dining in the information packet they leave in the room, you're forced to pay $20 a day for parking, the sheets did not fit the king size bed. Also, there were no directions to point you to the ice machine, so I went to the front desk to ask where it was. Yes the night manager explained how to find the ice machine, but another employee took the initiative to actually get the ice for me since I'd come all the way from my room. Which was wonderful! During our 3nt stay our keys were de-activated twice. Which I was chastied and told "From now on keep the keys away from your cell phone & other credit cards!" I told the GM how unhappy I was,she seemed to care but only offered a coupon for free breakfast for 1 day for 2 people??

had several questions about teh area, resturants, bars etc, steven at the front desk is the best, allways stoped what he was doing to help and talk to me. the whole front desk staff welcomed me everytime i walked in. teh rooms are nice with flat screen tv, smells clean and fresh, m our maid always smiled and welcomed me also! great staff and location.

The Mariott Courtyard in Buckhead was unimpressive, despite a recently updated lobby and friendly staff. The hotel room smelled of bleach and the previous guests' used washcloths were still in the shower. For the price, the location was fine, but there are better deals in the area, particularly once the additional $20 per night parking fee is included in the overall cost of stay. The rooms are updated and include a nice flat screen television, but our city view consisted of the air conditioning units in the parking lot out back, which also were excessively loud when they turned on and off. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff treated me and my son as if we were the only ones there. I was. I purchased some ibuprofin at the shop in the lobby. The ibuprofin had a price on the package and I was charged more. I found this hotel to be very clean, and the staff was very helpful.

This was the worst hotel experience in 3 plus years of traveling for business. The walls were so thin that I was woken up by the wake up call for the guy in the room next to me, who as the desk informed me was a pilot, which is why he was up at 5 am. Then he proceeded to call the rest of his crew to make sure they were up. When I called to complain, instead of having the GM of the hotel call me when he got in, the on duy manager decided it would be better to come have a conversation with me personally at 5:30 am. The room was the loudest I had ever stayed in and the staff was useless.

This hotel was extremely nice! I was highly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the rooms were very nicely appointed and comfortable. This hotel was located in the heart of Atlanta right up from Lenox Suare Mall with a number of dining options and did I mention how nice the rooms were!! I will definitely be staying here again and I'm sure you'd enjoy your stay as well! Be aware that there is an extra charge for parking (around $20 if you park yourself, but its worth it)!

The priceI got. Parking is a rip off needed 2 beds and they would not do. Worth whatI paid.

The only complaint was parking was expensive for a weekend. 21.00 per night valet and 18.00 self park.

The hotel is located in the heart of Buckhead. Great malls, great places to dine and plenty of places to dance the night away.

The hotel was very nice and clean very comfortable. The distant was a little farther than I want. The overall the hotel was great location to some areas was very good to other a little farther than I want it to be. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

From my arrival to the hotel, at which time I had a flat tire in my rental car, the staff went out of their way to make me feel safe and well taken care of. From the valet parking attendant, front desk clerks, restaurant staff, personal driver they provided me, I felt like I was a Hollywood star. The service is beyond extraordinary.

Almost nothing. Staff that was falsely friendly looking for tips, charging for overnight parking. The staff seems to be constantly looking for tips. They charge an outrageous amount for overnight parking. This is the second time in 3 years that I've stayed at this hotel. I am uncomfortable almost every moment I am there.

It was clean and the location was great. Rude staff! This hotel was nice looking butI would never stay there again. I had to pay either 21 dollars for valet or 18 dollars to park my vehicle. Sounds like a hidden fee to me. The staff really didn't seem to care too much for me, and in the morningI had a 9 am wake up call set up but at 8:00 amI had house keeping trying to run me out. I didn't even get to take a shower. Very poor service.
