comfortable and quiet room

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was $6.99 way too much for this type of food. The TV was large and clear. Internet connection in the room was very convenient. The carpet in our room was stained, but it seemed clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The 4 cup coffee maker was nice, but for a 3 star, I expected a microwave and mini fridge. Courtesy items (food, drinks, toiletries) were downstairs & pricey.

I was in College Station to judge a piano festival the next day and needed a quiet, restful place - it definitely was! I tried to watch a movie that evening but I had trouble getting the "blocker" off the pay-per-view movies. It finally allowed me to watch 20 minutes of the movie and then quit again. The charges were reversed on my bill and the manager even gave me a free breakfast the next morning. That gesture spoke volumes! I'll definitely stay here again!

Desk help accommodating. 2 out of 3 times my room key did not work. Staff accommodating, everything clean, everything worked, everything in good condition, pleasant experience. And elevators were conveniently located, so were exterior exits to car park. Ice machine in nook, which kept it quieter for guests. For female, alone, I felt safe.

The room was very clean with comfy bed and nice bedding. We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was very clean and nicer than I expected. A great breakfast came with it, which we didn't even expect!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hall floor on the way to the room neede to be vacuumed. We enjoyed the clean, lovely room and would stay there again.

Location of hotel was convenient and easily accessible to hospital, pharmacies and restaurants. The bed sheets did not smell fresh. No wastebasket in bathroom. Overall it was a great. Clean, convenient and courteous staff.

Two terrible nights. The walls of this expensive hotel are paper thin. I was awakening every time that any person inside the hotel used the toilet or the sink. The water pressure made a terrible noise. When I mentioned to the front desk staff, I was told that they were aware of the situation. That, there was a cluster of rooms with that problem.

Friendly, newish. Black mildew on the shower curtain. Everything was nice, except the nasty mildew on the outside of the shower curtain.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Very relaxing. The staff was courteous and dressed professionally. The room was very clean and modern and well stocked with necessities. Even though they were doing some minor renovations, it did not disrupt our stay whatsoever.

Room was nicely appointed. Charge for breakfast and local calls. Nicely equipped and color coordinated rooms. Charged $8.95 for hot breakfast buffet and $6.95 for continental, plus $0.50 for local calls. Never had a hotel do that, so won't be staying there again.

Pool temperature. Slippery tubs. A great Aggie land hotel on the highway, but on the outskirts of College Station.

The bedding was entirely clean and changed with each guest. Bedspread reused over and over! Very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Loved that the bedding wasn't a bedspread or comforter that was reused from guest to guest without being washed. All bedding, covers and all - were removed and washed between each guest.

The bathroom floor was very slippery, my father in law felled down going in to the shower. Not a very good experience, the bathroom floor was very slippery, dangerous! Someone can really get hurt! My father in law felled down in the shower.
