Hotel was great. Staff were really nice and friendly and very helpful. Had unpleasant issues to deal with in the area and the manager and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Being overseas visitors we appreciated inside rooms as we felt very safe. We thought the rooms were immaculate, and were kept very clean. We also appreciated the hotels courtesy vehicle as we drive on the other side of the road and weren't confident driving in the US, so it was very much appreciated being dropped off and picked up all the time. Overall, the staff went out of their way to help us in what was an extremely difficult time for us and we couldn't fault this establishment.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, service and price. After having stayed at OTHER hotels that were comparably priced, I was dreading having to make this trip because of the pervious bad experiences which I have had with other hotels in the same area. However, I have to say that should I ever have to travel to Brownsville again or anywhere else for that matter, I will now ONLY stay at a Marriott Courtyard. . . No more trial and error. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are comfortable, they have good quality linens that seemed new, the showers and restrooms were very clean, amenities such as hair dryer and iron/board were great to have, the common areas in the lobby were very inviting and comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. Perfect for business professionals.

This is one of the nicest Courtyards I've seen. Nice restaurant and bar, and convenient to just about everything you need. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for shower. Only thing missing was a fridge in the room for the teens sodas. Easy access to airport and freeway meeting site prior to going to Mexico for Mission Trip.

Convenient location after been driving several hours. just aside of Freeway, moreover after some rest , you can go back to Dinner having several Restaurants from meat to seafood and Shopping is just across the street to do Family Shopping until end of the day, then very quiet atmosphere inviting to a long sleep into a quiet and lightless room.

Hotel was very nice and location was convenient to everything.. 30 minute drive from the beach.... Very clean, and serene despite such a busy location. Checked in and did not like the first room..(location) on the end next to stairwell and outside door. I had my daughters with me and felt uncomfortable.. Staff gave me another room.. 2nd room was swamped in mildew.. Smelled so strong of it... once again staff allowed me to change rooms until I was satisfied... I'm sure I was one of the customers they didn't want to see coming but they handled my 'situation' with the best and professionalism ever.. I am considering another trip to the location this summer... Same hotel. Enjoyed so much...
