We were very disappointed that there wasn't a cont. breakfast included. Maid service woke us up @9:00 in the m orning banging on the door. Staff was very nice. Clean hotel.

The hotel was nice, but I had conversations where at least 3 other couples told me they paid 35 to 45 dollars a night and we paid 75 a night so I am a little disturbed about that.

hotel has been refurbished in last 6 months, our room was great with the bacony view of broadway. new rooms and beds made a big change since last visit. breakfast was ok but overpriced. staff very helpful.

Nice room and staff. Too far from the beach, which is what we went to Myrtle Beach for, needed to drive and pay to park.

Hotel is o.k., not the best, not the worst. we booked 2 queens online, but the hotel only has doubles or kings-no queens. We are a family of 5. They put us in the handicapped room--no bathtub, just a shower. Not good for a 2 year old. Plus it made a mess. Water went everywhere, even onto the carpet which was very cold and gross the next morning. the pool was very crowded and not much room available to even walk around the edge. Thankfully, everything was clean, but the staff didn't seem to care when I voiced my concerns.

The staff was great and the location was perfect for us. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. This hotel is very quiet at night and very family friendly. The staff was friendly and greeted us from the desk every time we went through the lobby. The public areas are very clean and the rooms are as well. Housekeeping was helpful and pleasant. Lovely hotel and staff.

Easy access to the beach and to local attractions. Cost of the morning breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The hotel lobby was very clean. The cleaning of the rooms was timely and efficient. There were several families there with children but the hotel was still quiet as a church mouse.

The desk clerk realized we were traveling with kids and changed our room to a better room for a family with small children. The pool was dirty. Perfect for business travelers. Not for vacationers.

Gave us frig & micro immediately upon check-in. No free continental breakfast. Very pleasant check-in and out. Easy internet in room. No table/chairs and no couch or sitting area. Good size desk that we used as a table. Pool was nice but a little small. Had a nice inside jacuzzi that was close to pool.

Location. No sheets for the sofa bed in the room. We had to get them from the desk. The hotel was located right across the street from Broadway outdoor mall and next to the baseball stadium. Easy access in and out of the hotel. Close to many restraunts, shopping and the beach. The hotel is clean and well maintained.
