The Courtyard Wilmington Brandywine was was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. It is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The indoor swimming pool was fantastic and clean.

We had a nice comfortabl stay. This is a business class hotel with a excellent staff. Erin the front desk clerk who checked us in helped us find a snow globe by calling some of the local stores.

I was disappointed that the hotel staff was not friendly when contacted via the telephone. The hotel was fine for the basic traveler's needs. However, I was disappointed when I contacted the hotel directly with a special request for amenity in the room. The hotel staff was not too helpful.

Staff was friendly, room wasclean. Nothing comes to mind. The location was fine, close to 95, and plenty of places to get a bite to eat in the area. The staff was friendly and I was checked in under a minute. My room was very clean, everything worked, bathroom spotless, and beds were very comfortable. There was a desk for me to set-up my laptop, and it was a very productive stay.

Easy access, friendly service. Room was a bit small. Hotel was great. The only negative was that we had a small child and with the fold-out sofa bed, the room was very tight and cramped.

Excellent location for dining and access to major highways and transportation systems. No negative aspects that I can recall. Excellent quality hotel. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel with excellent service.

The beds and bedding were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs to be re-caulked. None of the front desk attendants greeted us as we came in or out of the hotel--not even a smile--they seemed to look away or down as we walked by. On the contrary, the cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful.

The people were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms seemed kind of small for King size beds. I found the hotel for the most part very nice. I found that the rooms were a bit small and cramped by fitting in a king size bed into the rooms. The location of the TV was not in the best place for the room and it made it difficult to watch TV while in bed. The service was very good and the people at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant.
