Easy access to computers and printers. Nice quite room for interviews and a small meeting. Felt safe traveling as a woman alone in this hotel.

The housecleaning staff was very friendly. They always spoke a greeting, as well as other staff members. If you bought items to heat in the microwave, the staff would look at you suspiciously because the microwave was by the frozen product they sold. Overall, my stay at the Hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The hotel was comfortable and clean; and, for the most part, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has changed hands. I was told that and tried to cancel my reservation but was told that the entire prepaid amount was nonrefundable. When I checked the fine print on my initial reservation with travel website it stated that $25 or more could be withheld. Technically correct, but deceitful. I tried to cancel two weeks in advance through travel website but the representative assured me that the hotel had not changed hands and the policy was correct. When I arrived the desk clerk was not aware of the policy. Renovatioins have been made and the rooms are okay. The fitness center is very poor. Also, a continental breakfast is not offered. For an average priced hotel, there were no amenities that would bring me back.

Flight got delayed a day, bags didnt make it with us. We got the travel protection which turned out to be a big waste! We figured the hotel would go wrong also but turned out fairly nice. I'd gave them a 5 if we would have got the fridge we ask for. Everything is easy to get to from here. Ft lauderdale is 30 minutes.

Clean, friendly, staff was very helpful, just renovated and beautiful! We have had 2 large events at this hotel. Both times the banquet staff and event staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Food was great, banquet hall was beautiful and staff did everything to make the nights special. Dawn was wonderful with decorations and ideas; she made the night go smoothly and had fun doing it! Very nice to work with her! Rooms were beautiful. Our family and friends that stayed there were impressed with the changes!

I was impressed by the new lobby, its functionality and comfort. I have never seen the media room in the lobby where you can watch TV, movies or play video games. Rooms were brand new. Plus the location is great, all the stores you need are close by. I was not happy that the Bistro was closed for lunch.

Terrible chamber service, room was absolutley filthy.Terrible trained staff, could not even direct me to where my room was located. Terrible business decision by froint desk clerk as he would not call his boos to accomondate his customers, and there was a good 10 peolple on this lobby with valid complaints that all bolted to another hotel!"

The redecorated rooms are fabulous - much nicer than the old HI models. There was no internet service. This might be an issue of construction, but we'd like to have known in advance. The hotel is currently undergoing a major remodel. The rooms are finished, and they look great - much more upscale than you'd expect at HI. The exercise room was cramped, the equipment sort of dumped into an unused room and TV didn't work. It kept out all but the truly committed. Major disappointment about the internet connection.

We stayed an entire week and each day we discoverd new things to do and places to go. The hotel is in a great location....but the best thing about our stay was the cleanliness of the room and the professionalism of the staff. We were treated with respect and as number 1 customers.

Location for the plans I had. Staff not helpful; No soft drinks on 1st floor. Good location with middle-of-the road amenities. Staff should take part in a seminar on how to smile and deal with the public, and how to be more helpful.
Date of Stay:

The room was newly furnished, beds comfortable and a balcony. Under construction and lots of hotel items in hallways, difficult to get to elevator. Workers near pool area. No place to put a suitcase in room. I think it will be a good hotel once remodeling is done. We recommend shutting down for a couple of weeks to get major work done. Difficult to walk in hallways due to new furniture arrival, and old items such as pictures, tables, mirrors from rooms. Pool was very nice. Room comfortable. Lack of area for suitcases, but excellent set up for business travel, good work area.

It was close to our destination and had easy access to shopping and travel. The bed was a bit soft and sheets very starchy. The over all experience was nice.

Clean nice rooms. Pete Rose's was horrid. Excellent room, very clean. Staff caring. Pool area very nice if small. Pete Rose restaurant, attached to the hotel, is the worst.

Inexpensive compared to the hotels in palm beach, yet close to them. No breakfast. Sad and dreary restaurant (Pete Rose's). Unclean, wasp-ridden balcony. Near to what's happening in palm beach, but much cheaper. Everything - except for the attached Pete Rose restaurant, which is where we had breakfast - is somewhat run-down and needs freshening. It was ok for my trip - which was three days in the area for a re-union. I just needed a place to sleep and clean up and it served that function. It's serviceable.

Convenient location. Makes smokers feel punished. Room smelled awful, blood on coverlet, mildew on shower curtain, clock unplugged every day by maids. Staff not accommodating, ATM broken our entire one-week stay, Coke machines empty/broken. This place is almost a dive.

Rooms were quiet--no outside noise. Beds were a little too hard. Excellent value for your money in a very convenient area--not far from star bucks and panera bread so what more could you ask for.

Shopping center location. Lobby area not all that pleasant smelling. Strong disinfectant odor. Met my expectations which were a clean, safe place to stay overnight. The amenities were not important due to just an overnight stay.

Location to shopping and restaurants. Rooms need an update from the old Holiday Inn look. Fit our needs. Anyone needing to stay close to RT 95 in Boynton Beach without the Palm Beach prices would like this hotel.

The pool was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was excellent. Nothing. The hotel felt like a resort, yet it was peaceful and quiet. The rooms were lovely and the service was super. The restaurant was excellent, good service and very good food. We ate there 2 nights and had the breakfast buffet.
