The staff was very nice. Well, they had a leak. Soaked the hall and shut down the pool. No complimentary anything for our trouble. I have stayed at this hotel twice and like it. Staff, rooms, everything. However, they had a major leak in my hallway from the pool area. No or little hot water the next morning. Didn't get any compensation or complementary efforts for my trouble. Not that I always expected it, but it would have been nice. I will stay here again.

The hot tub was nice. The toilet clogged and housekeeping gave us the plunger. Over all it was okay except for the toilet and the dining staff didnt know what she was doing. I traveled with children so in and out would have been nice, instead we got the wrong food.

Comfortable, upgraded, excellent value, and great friendly staff. The lobby is great for relaxing with a fireplace, meetings, conversation, or watching the big screen TV. I forgot my favorite night PJs and they the staff mailed it to my home.

Having coffee available at all times is nice, as are the cookies. Hot tub was only warm, would like option to just purchase a bagel rather than whole breakfast. Hotel is clean, basic. Rooms were clean.

Lobby was nice andplenty of parking. Room (double) was just okay. Bedding skimpy. I asked for a different room because mine faced traffic and was someone noisy, but I was told there were no more available even though the hotel was practically empty; there were barely a dozen cars there.

Very quiet and quite convenient. The restaurant was moderate in comparison to the excellent overall quality of the hotel and staff. Top quality. Surprisingly up scale for this area. Very safe and secure facility. Nicely appointed rooms.

Courteous and friendly staff. Would like a warmer temperature in whirlpool. This is an excellent place to stay, offering convenience to Boston. The amenities were great. Great for business travel as well as family stay. Nice get away.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Location and no updated rooms. Not much around this hotel. Rooms are in need of updating. Pool was to small for the kids too small and too cold for the kids to swim. Staff was very, very accommodating and friendly.

Convenient location, had all the basic services. Carpets old. Elevator beat up. Not much hot water. Nice comfortable convenient hotel for short stays for business travelers. Hotel is a bit rundown, but comfortable. They really need to replace the carpet, strip and repaint painted services, and most importantly make sure the bathrooms aren't damaged. Mine had a broken faucet, broken curtain rod, and there was little hot water. It was warm, definitely not hot.
