The staff were all friendly and knowledgable.

Quiet location. Carpets in elevator and hallways were in need of a shampoo. Hotel did not meet expected standards of a Marriott chain because of dirty carpets in public spaces (hallways and elevator). Considered an airport hotel but 30 minute shuttle ride from Logan airport. Shuttle service only on the hour results in my wait of approximately 60 minutes at the airport.

My husband and I had never been to the Boston area before, but we felt so fortunate to have booked our first couple of days at this hotel. We got lost getting there from the airport and called the hotel for instructions. The young lady stayed on the phone with us and talked us all the way to the front doors. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the coffee was delicious...but the staff was amazing. We were given very good advice regarding how to get around in the area (take the T into Boston instead of driving...which cab service gave the best value, etc) and the meals were tasty and served by such friendly and gracious people. This is a great "home base" when visiting the Boston area.

Small intimate bar with OVERSIZED wine glasses filled to the brim.....reasonable prices. Also clean and roomy rooms...

Most of the shuttle drivers were very courteous Too far from downtown/airport Service was exceptional. Friendly staff. We used the shuttle to get to the subway everyday. Most of the drivers were very courteous and helpful. Free breakfast was unexpected and very good.

We had stayed here on our last trip to Boston in Sept. 07, and were very pleased with the quality and comfort of the hotel and room. And It's a great value. On this trip, we spent our first and last nights here. The rooms, and especially the beds are very comfortable. The van service to the airport is excellent. The location is not close to the sights, but we always rent a car, so getting around the city is not a problem, especially if you have a navigation device - our TomTom was great! The only thing that we would do differently is to make certain that we request a non-smoking, non-handicapped room. Our first night's stay was in a non-smoking, regular room, which was excellent; but we were given an unrestricted, handicapped room for our last night's stay. The room had a distinct smoky smell and a bathroom design that was not as comfortable; the small vanity was outside the tub/toilet room, which left little room for toiletries; and this location disturbs the sleep of the other occupants of the room with lights and noise from the sink and blow dryer. Certainly not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of for future stays. To be fair, we did not request a change of room, and so do not know if it would have been possible to be moved to a non-smoking, regular room.

The desk with the extra table underneath, very well designed. After swimming have to stand in the lobby with the other guest.

We stayed here the night before an early return flight on a driving trip to New Hampshire. It was convenient to Logan, but less expensive away from the airport, and a good Travelocity special price. The 24 hour shuttle went only on the hour, the staff was less than enthusiastic, and there was only junk food available except at breakfast (which was long after we left). But it worked for us, and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

It was easy access from the airport. The staff was not very friendly. The staff person at the continental breakfast was grumpy.

The front desk was very helpful in finding places. The room was very clean. Access to the computer easy. Snacks available. Breakfast cost something, but was good. Pool was being renovated which was disappointing. Location was convenient, but tricky to get to because of the highway in front.

Airport shuttle and free continental breakfast. Very far from public transportation and no microwave. The hotel was very comfortable but far from transportation. You could use the airport shuttle to get to the public transportation, but that runs only once an hour and you have to call them when you need a pick up. The shuttle does run 24 hours though. The continental breakfast was good.

The location is great, not to far from Boston and easy to get to. The hotel is close to the orange line T. Oak grove and Malden center stations are about 2 miles away. There are restaurants up and down Rte 1, but you need a car. Policari's is a great Italian restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. We had clean towels every day. There bar is only open until 10pm. The staff is fine, they could be alittle friendlier. Parking is free. For the money, location and cleanliness, this is a great place to stay.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The distance from downtown Boston was misleading. For a person who needs to go into Downtown Boston on a daily basis, this hotel is quite inconvenient without a personal mode of transportation. Taking the airport shuttle to the airport, and then transferring to MBTA to the heart of Boston took about an hour and a half. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful to me and were happy to give me advice and even drop me off at the subway directly on several occasions. I'd recommend sitting in the hotel bar and taking in a Red Sox game and speaking with the very nice lady at the bar.

I chose the hotel based on price and they had an airport shuttle. I requested a King. They said it was available online, but when I got there, it was a handicapped room that looked out at ground level of the parking lot. That ment it was dark, no tub, and everything was low including the mirror. The staff was great in making amends and moving me to a room with two beds. The salad I had for dinner was fresh and tasty. The reason for my dissapointment was someone had been sleeping in my bed. It was obvious the pillows had been slept on. The wrinked imprint of someone's head was there. The pillows were not crisp and did not have that just washed smell. So I pulled back the covers on the other bed. The sheets had been slep on, the body imprint was still there. There was a small blood stain on the sheets. The staff was great in changing the linen, but it should have been changed when the previous guest left. I will not stay here again.

Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Rude staff, gave away our room reservation even though we confirmed late check-in.

Met family flying in from Texas. They had no trouble getting the shuttle to the hotel from the airport when they arrived at 1am. Front desk staff was very friendly. Had a great stay and beds were really comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Beds were great. I requested a hotel by the airport and this is defiantly not by the airport. This hotel is not convenient to downtown Boston at all. I wanted to stay at a hotel on the airport property and priceline thought this was it. It is not convenient to trains at all.

"Great place to stay before flying out of Logan Airport in Boston. Short ride to airport and much less expense than those 3 miles closer. Rooms were updated, comfortable and clean. Would choose this one again"

It was on a divided highway and cab fare was expensive just to go a few miles and return.

"the hotel was not in the town indicated it was in another town. difficult at best to find. rooms were not cleaned, mold in the bathroom. the pool was closed for half of the trip. no restraunt for dinner or lunch but there was a close liquore store which was needed by the time we found the place, in another town not the town that was indicated."
