Convenient. In the center of just about everything in Natick, and very convenient access to the highways. Perfect for business travel, and great for leisure travel.

Close to Natick Mall and food. Front desk staff were quite rude. Excellent location. Nice to be so close to a great mall and good restaurants within walking distance.

It's close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Got in late and man at desk was not friendly. Had to ask him questions on how to get to room, etc. He did not offer info on his own.

Lots of kids at the pool for our son to play with. Hot tub was too hot (105 degrees) when we got there. We stayed here on Mother's Day weekend and yet the staff managed to be friendly and helpful despite the crowd. In particular, the lifeguard was very nice and very observant as to what was going on in the pool.

Clean & recently renovated. Fantastic fitness center. This hotel must have spent millions on renovations. It is an old facility, but nicely redone. It is clean and the staff are overly friendly & eager to satisfy. It has a FULL GYM attached to it. It is one of the old domed Holiday Inns, but with everything new. The indoor pool & fountain area is nicely redone. I would strongly recommend.

The hotel is very close to the Natick mall and has ample restaurants within a short walk. The rooms were a little dated and the walls/doors where thin enough that I heard everything all night.

Convenient, clean, nice grab bars in shower and lots of hot water. Typical of Residence inn, with clean, quiet rooms and forgettable decor. Good showers but little towels, lots of hangars and a decent quilt.

Convenient location. Quiet. New mattress needed. Room could have been cleaner. Icy parking lot. Conveniently located and quiet, this hotel did not quite measure up to typical Courtyard experience. Overall the room served its purpose, however. Undecided if I would stay here again, provided other similar hotels available in area.

They had a nice indoor pool and exercise center , free coffee in the lobby and a great location. It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. Overall a clean comfortable hotel, consistent with other Courtyards I have stayed in. The exercise equipment was top quality and it had a nice indoor pool.

It has a dependably comfortable luxury feel at an affordable rate. Dining area was not adequately shielded from the cold wind coming in when the main lobby doors opened. The Natick Courtyard offers very comfortable, quiet, well-furnished, generous-sized, smoke-free rooms, plus an indoor pool, at a good, competitive rate. It's family friendly.

Location. Carpets need replacing. Very good location near highway, close to shopping, we have family nearby, and stay here often. This trip, the staff was more agreeable than last time, when the hotel seemed busier.
