We attended the NCAA Lacrosse National Championship Tournament in Foxboro, MA. The location of the hotel was great-- close enough to be convenient, but far enough away to be out of the congestion of Foxboro. The meals we had in the hotel were good, and there are several restaurants away from the hotel that were also good. The hotel seems best for a stay of 2 or 3 days; for an on-the-road, overnight stay I would prefer a less elaborate hotel that offered a continental breakfast.

Very easy to get in and out, good, clean andbasic rooms. Lobby carpets and furniture are seriously worn.

The staff. The location. The hotel was nice but no way 3 stars! The room was the smallest I have seen this year.

Restaurant was very good. The heating/air conditioner did not work correctly, the towels sub standard. No cream for my coffee. I have been in the Franklin Bellinham area for business quite a lot for a couple of weeks. I used Priceline three times recently. I stayed at the Residence Inn,Franklin, the Double Tree, Milford, and the Marriott Courtyard. I rate them in the same order. The Residence Inn being the best. The Double Tree, second. the Courtyard my least favorite.

Prompt check in great service, very friendly staff. Pool area to warm with liberal chemical use. This is a good hotel for short stay visits.

Front desk clerk at check-in was extremely helpful. Would have liked a heated fan in bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Directions available for local restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel lobby, swimming pool and room were very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Refridge in room. Heating system. No thermostat just the unit in the room. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and had all of the amenities we needed except for wireless internet.

Housekeepers did a good job--no extra toilet paper. I had to ask for some. The hottub was out of order. That was the reason for a vacation--to relax and enjoy the hottub and pool. And a complimentry continental breakfast was missed.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The dining selection was poor. Very clean and pleasent.

Front desk staff were wonderful. Toilet in the bathroom stopped working sometime overnight. I would stay here again.

The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. The size of the armoir did not accommodate my luggage and hanging clothes. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs just a short trip up the street to friends. I found the staff both helpful and friendly which made the entire experience completely pleasant and stress-free. At one point the young man at the front desk even printed directions to a local eatery so I could easily meet friends for breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay there again.

All in one hotel, restaurant, bar, lounge, pool and free internet. Good, clean hotel. Nice restaurants close by. Check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, friendly staff; excellent room service dining; helped us get a car service in an unfamiliar area. We liked everything! Friendly staff, very clean hotel & room, better than expected room service dining, great price & easy check-in & check-out. Extremely accommodating staff! Let us check-in 3 hours early so we could make a concert on time.

Location close to shopping and restaurants. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed it immensely, well situated near shopping, restaurants and for us down the road from the Comcast Center.

Attention to the business traveler and their needs. Doors are loud when they close. Our room overlooked the Courtyard which had a lot of gathering spots, and a nice gazebo. Business center is in the open and didn't seem to be used much. Staff at the hotel, was great! Would look forward to staying here again. Located just off of 495 and close to I90.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Staff was not willing to talk about changing room to one with a king-sized bed. Located right off Route 495. Clean rooms with a good amount of space. Free internet in lobby. Pool hours are limited and a little weird.
