High quality & great value. Parking lot off to side with only a front entrance.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Marlborough MA is one of my favorite places to stay in that area. The staff at the front desk are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rooms are nicely decorated for a business class hotel; the beds are very comfortable. The housekeeping staff should be commended; I have never, ever stayed in a room that was so well presented and clean. All in all, this hotel is a very good value and a comfortable place to stay on business, as I did recently or for a fews days respite from the demands of life at home. My only wish would be for a pool in which one can swim laps(the one at this property is really more for a family with children), but it too was clean, inviting, and soothing.

All visible staff was excellent. We used 2 glasses one evening and the next day the maid decided to rewash by hand and put with wrapped ones. I called the manager and reported it. Except for the glass situation which is a very big issue for us the hotel was excellent. As I mentioned the staff could not have been friendlier. The cleanliness of the lobby and so forth was very good. When I spoke to Mary Simone-General Manager-she assured me that this was not their procedure and that she would take care of it asap.

Room was very clean and comfy. Hotel locks doors after midnight but no smoking in rooms so have to go out and got locked out. Staff did not let us in. It was very clean and room was nice. The pool was nice but did not have a chance to use it.

The room's furnishings were beautiful. Exceeded my expectations. I wish they could have found me a room with two queen beds instead of one king. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was beautiful. Staff was very friendly.

Rooms where very clean and staff was very friendly. Pool was a little small and no Jacuzzi in pool area. Hotel was excellent and I was very pleased.

Spacious. No comment. Our first room had no exhaust fan, we asked to be move to a room that had one, we movedto other roomthat was a handicap room, fan worked okay. The toilet is not secure to the floor and moves when you sit on it, the incoming door to the room has a 1/2 in gap at the bottom side below the door knob and you are able to see the hall. The room was comfortable and attractive except both issues.

Clean, had a gym. The additional cost to use the nicer gym downstairs. Very clean, comfortable and accommodating.

It's good and comfortable. They didn't know if the room was clean or not. The first room they gave us wasn't clean and unlocked. I was afraid to walk in. They gave another room. The cleaning people do not wait to open the door. They just ring the bell and walk in. Little uncomfortable.

Good price, pool, access, nice people. Looks like it needs some fit and finish, getting a bit threadbare. Good price, pool, good access, nice people.

Comforatable. I would have liked a breakfast complimentary. Clean, comfortable, upscale, convenient andlarge rooms. I would stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel's location is perfect for anyone in west suburban Boston, next to the 290 and 495. Many boys' hockey teams were there at the same time, and the facilities took a beating. This hotel's location makes it extremely desirable before even commenting on its amenities, which are great. We didn't use the large pool or exercise room, but both looked great. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with excellent cleaning services during our three nights with them. I would highly recommend.

The beds were better than at home! Cool hot water for the shower. Excellent hotel! We would definitely stay here again!

Helpful staff. Noise from rooms next door easily heard - thin walls. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Staff was helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, I could easily hear the early wake-up call for room next door, as well as the late-night party. Other than that, my stay was fine.

Friendly service, good local restaurant advice, clean and attractive room with nice bathroom. My overall experience was quite positive. I stayed one night while attending a conference locally. The hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of Routes 495 and 20. The public spaces and rooms were all attractive and well maintained. The room was quiet and service was prompt and friendly. The staff at the front desk steered us to an excellent local restaurant for dinner. An excellent experience.

Inexpensive. Entrance is really inconvenient. This property has a single entrance with zero close by parking. Since it was pouring rain (thanks to Hurricane Hanna) I got completely soaked. Parking surrounds the building, and there are emergency exits from the inside of the building, but you must enter through the front only. This is a good 1/4 of a mile from where I had to park.
