The hotel was very nice and once we finally found it it was in a great location. We called the hotel phone # 4 times for directions and when we finally arrived at the hotel were told that the phone calls went to another location, no wonder we were lost. The hotel rooms were very comfy and we had a great view. Think the ad about the convenience of the shuttle is misleading, only available until 10:45 most nights, only 8 on saturday nights. We were very surprised to find out that even though we paid to stay at the hotel we had to pay extra to park at the hotel-that seemed a bit much. Cambridge is an awesome city.

It was too far from public transportation, though they offered a shuttle, we would've preferred to walk. It doesn't look like much on the outside, we were wary when we drove up, but it was very nice inside. Appeared to be recently renovated. The room was very clean, and the inside was kept up nicely.

Two of the three nights we had disrupted sleep due to noisy guests that were located next door. We even called the front desk on Saturday evening becuase we were woken up in the middle of the night due to the couple next door fighting. The police even came to their room. We asked to change rooms, but they were booked so the following day we cahnged rooms. The gave us a complimentary breakfast pass for the following morning, but our wakeup call was an hour late and we had to get to the airport, so we did not get to enjoy our complimentary breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel. They definitely have some work to do for improvement. Please advise the staff for improvement.

While visiting the area I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was what I was looking forward to the most on my trip, was the hotel. The staff was very friendly and quite the hosipitable bunch and went way beyong what was expected of them! The rooms are very nice and clean. If im ever back in the area I will definatly make sure I stay here at this hotel!

Location was great for down town and Harvard Square. Parking was very tight. Overall the hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking lot had very tiny parking spots, most people took up two spots.

Perfect if you are going to events at Fenway! Only a 20-25 minute walk along Comm Ave. Our room faced the Charles River so the view was nice. I would ask to not stay next to the elevator next time. Not too bad, but some unnecessary noise. Staff was very nice and helpful with walking directions. Breakfast buffet was good though a little pricey.

It is close to "Trador Joe" for water, juice, and fruits Its location is far from public transportation( more than 14 blocks) I would rather stay in Boston or closer to the universities(Harvard University, MIT).

I made my reservation here based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The room was nicely appointed, very clean and had a refrigerator included. The fitness center had seemingly new equipment, had plenty of towels and water available. My room faced the Charles River and I enjoyed watching the crew teams boating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was immaculately clean. Very spacious. Well decorated. Uncomely from the outside. Not much to look at from the outside, but once we got into our room, we were delighted at the cleanliness of the entire room/bathroom. We had a lovely view of the Charles River. Very quiet during the night. We would be very lucky to stay at this hotel again, especially for the amazing price.

Comfortable bed and sunny room. Having to pay a special fee for parking and unexplained charges on my credit card. Pleasant hotel, nice rooms, location along the Charles was nice, but not as close to Central Square as name would indicate.

Good value, however the charge for parking was very expensive.

The location, the views, andthe cleanliness. Better restaurant/lounge options would be great. This hotel is beautiful and clean. The outside is not as spectacular as the inside. The views are fantastic. It's location on the Charles River is fantastic. There is a free shuttle to nearby attractions or to the T station. Taxis are waiting also. It is a nicer area of Boston than a lot of the tourist destinations!

Good value for the money, friendly, helpful staff and good location. Room was pleasant with a view.

Despite the poor location of the hotel, it provided a shuttle to take you to public trasnportation. That was great! Poor location. Hotel was comfortable and clean. The shuttle to public transportation was great!

Good location, good price, convenient shuttle service. Room smelled musty, near noisy ice machine. Staff was helpful, lobby was pretty, shuttle was available to ferry us around to various locations. Breakfast buffet in hotel seemed overly expensive.
