The hotel was great
Date of Stay:

The room and staff was great. I would recomend this Hotel to anyone who needed to say in that town.
Date of Stay:
August, 2006
Staff was terrific; young and helpful; one of the more mature staff members went out of his way to help with a problem with flight reservations. Restaurant staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean.

I like that the hotel served compimetary coffee in the morning, at the front desk and the floor we were on, they gave my son a free cup of milk too. They were very helpful in suppling menus for all the delivery restaurants in town. My room was very clean and loved that they had number beds in the room.

Hotel was comfortable and clean with nice amenities.

Staff was pleasant but not effective .Check in: was supposed to have rollaway bed. It was delivered 2 days and 3 phonecalls later. Rest. closed due to rest. staff working a wedding. Had to eat in bar. Bartender had to serve rest customers, bar customers, and wedding attendees , act as waitress, & bus boy. Told us only one chef on duty on a Saturday night! Took 2+ hours to eat. The bartender was 65 years old, to boot. He tried his best but only so much he could do and only so fast.

Clean, very nice room and free internet.

Very clean, comfortable hotel 30 minutes from downtown Boston. Great if you have a car. They are definitely in a transition period, so some features were unavailable (eg. tv internet not working, no vending machines in vending areas. As well, there was construction on a wing on our floor, so one morning we awoke to heavy hammering. Extrememly comfortable beds and clean which meant the most to us. All in all would recommend this hotel for comfort, but I doubt I would pay their full rate separate from a package until they have their upgrades completed.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

Location and style. No hot tub. Noise from the hall was loud in the room. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

No hot water two mornings taking a shower! No hot water in room! The room was great, everything was great except Tuesday & Wednesday morning, I had no hot water, and took a heart stopping cold shower! Finally Wednesday night, they localized the problem as specifically coming from my room and moved me to a new room. I told them on two days before they moved me I did not have hot water, they first blamed it on the time of morning and that multiple guests are taking showers at the same time, then they finally sent a maintenance man who found the problem to be coming from my room specifically. The shower experience was, to say the least, horrible!

Very Nice bed and pillows. No food places nearby. Nice Hotel, would stay there again.

Nothing. Everything. Room was missing microwave, room floor was very cold, and sink stopper in bathroom was broken. Staff members were rude. Chair at desk was uncomfortable and not appropriate to get work done at. Too expensive for room provided.

Pleasant surprise from the time the door was opened. NA. Well located for holiday travel. Not over crowded, very friendly staff, excellent accommodation. Well outfitted fitness room. Comfortable restaurant/lounge. Though the room might feel cramped if staying for longer than a week or two.
Date of Stay:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby coffee was so-so.

Maids and female front desk, recently remodeled. I was very pleased with the location, cleanliness, style and personnel at this hotel.

Beautiful rooms! Very comfortable. Access was vague - small sign off the main road was hard to spot. Beautiful hotel and very comfortable rooms. Only issue was accessibility from the highway and signs were small and easily overlooked.

Newly renovated rooms. Looks great. Nothing around for miles. This is a pretty good hotel in the middle of a Business Park. It's right off Route 3 but there is nothing else at this exit. There are a couple restaurants one exit south and a bunch two exits north in Lowell. This had been a Wyndham property until this summer. Marriott seems to be investing in it. The room I had was brand new including a wide screen TV. Smallish lounge area with few bar stools. Very friendly staff.

Location, staff and amenities. Elevator was hot. Very enjoyable all the way around from location to staff to fellow travelers and over all friendliness.
