The hotel was great. The pool area was excellent. The outside courtyard was very relaxing. The location of the hotel was close to lots of resturants. The hotel staff was also very nice.

The location was good. Very snappy and snotty attitudes.

Location to highway. Two rooms both had items from previous guests. Felt dirty. Got in late was given room and it had trash and items in bathroom. Then was given another room it also had items in the shower.

The room was clean and well maintained. It did not have an HD TV, only a standard analog TV. It is a very nice hotel, in a very nice area. Clean and comfortable. The only unusual point about the room was that it had an analog TV. Most higher end hotels now seem to have an HD room TV.

Poor maintenance with safety concerns, room doors were locked from inside and trapped. We were locked in side the room with two young kids, unable to open door and get out of the room. There was no fire exit as well. If there would have been a fire there was no way one could have survived? Strongly recommends not to opt when traveling with young children.

Friendly staff, clean and attractive. Restaurant for breakfast only. It was an enjoyable experience, hotel & grounds were clean and attractive.

It was quiet, and the pool was nice. Breakfast was expensive, didn't try it. This is a great hotel, if you know your way around Cincy. We grew up there so knew how to get to places, but if you are not familiar with things you may think this is far out from things. Great price, great pool, great staff, what more can you ask for.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and attractive. Housekeeping mistakes like no coffee packets and fridge not emptied. The Courtyard was a very nice place to stay. It was an all around comfortable, clean and attractive hotel. It's in a calm area but close enough to the interstate. I would definitely stay at this property in the future.

The made-to-order breakfast was nice. Very clean, nice place. Beds were really comfortable. I would stay here again when I come to Cincinnati.

We liked the king bed; very comfortable! The room layout was very odd; had to turn head to side to see the TV. The hotel is clean and well furnished. Nice bed, soft pillows, cool shower head, great air conditioning with digital thermostat control. My wife really enjoyed the breakfast menu. It is not a free breakfast, but she said it was really good (and she is a food snob). The only cons were the odd room layout (hard to watch TV in bed) and the lack of sound-proofing (outside noises seemed louder than most hotels). Bring ear plugs and you'll be fine!

Very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was too expensive. Excellent hotel, will definitely stay again, well worth the price.

Updated rooms with good showers and duvets on bed. Complimentary coffee, tea and fruit in lobby. Nice grounds and indoor pool. Located a bit off the beaten path in an Corporate Park, but still not too far of a drive at all to restaurants and the city. Check-in was quick and pleasant with the front desk staff asking for and supplying room preferences. The elevator was out of order for maintenance but that was well communicated at check-in and the hotel is only 2 storied anyway. The lobby as well as the room was modern and clean. Enjoyed use of the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the courtyard garden. Especially enjoy the 24hour coffee and tea stand in the lobby. The location is in a Corporate Park which is a bit off the beaten path, but I enjoyed the quiet of the location on my weekend visit. The area was still well landscaped and pleasant to the eye. Restaurants are not too far of a drive away.

Clean, convenient location, excellent value. Nothing. I will recommend to others and return when in the area.

The staff immediately checked me in. My room had ants in it. When I reported it, during check out, the receptionist did not seem to care. Overall, the stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just a couple of complaints. After having a late check-in, I really did not examine the room to make sure it was clear of bugs. I did notice that the lotion bottle had been previously used. That should have been my sign to check the room. O the next morning, I noticed an ant in the bed, then found several near the window and heating unit in the room. After reporting it to the receptionist, she seemed to have a very little concern. She informed the other receptionist, who also did not seem to care. I filled out a comment card in hopes that a manager would call me apologizing for the condition of the room. It has been a few days and still not response. I don't plan to visit with that hotel.
