We received excellent service at this hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We did miss having a mini fridge to keep things cold. The only downfall is the Benton Harbor area. It is a rundown area that didn't feel very safe.

Good value and easy highway access. Questionable neighborhood. Good stay for the price. It is right off the highway and a typical average business type hotel. Don't go too far into the adjoining neighborhood.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this Marriott. The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. The area of the hotel is not very touristy but if you go to the coastal area it is just great for shopping and sight seeing. This Marriott is a Great hotel but not in a very good location.

This was very convienent to the expressway. Every member of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was a good value and good food. Hotel was close to a lot of shopping. Would stay here again.

Toilet ran, noise from expressway, dirty bathroom, smelled of smoke. This hotel does not meet the usual standards of the Courtyard by Marriott chain. The hotel appears to have been converted, with modern furnishings adorning a stale, old space.

This is an older Courtyard and therefore has a strange layout with the pool right in the lobby area (low privacy). There is no elevator so if you prefer 2nd floor rooms, you have to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs. Location is not great as big stores surround the building and thus noise and parking lot lights and signs are a nuisance when trying to get some sleep. Entire facility is now non-smoking which is important to note if you partake in the habit. Staff is very pleasant.

liked the location and the staff. The rooms were also very clean.

This hotel is located between a Goodwill Thrift Shop and a Wal-Mart in an area of little more than big-box stores. Definitely NOT appealing, as there's nothing to do in the area outside the hotel. The people at the hotel are helpful and pleasant and the rooms OK, though they're showing a bit of deferred maintenance. But the location is so off-putting. In this area, you'd do better to stay somewhere else.

Everything was beyond what I expected. It did seem a little far from activities.

This is the hotel i will stay at every time i visit.

The hot, buffet style breakfast was only $5. The pool was small and connected to the outside pool, which made the inside pool water too cool initially.

Nothing. The room was very small and overall I hated my stay and I will never go back. I would never tell my friends that I stayed there and the jets did not work in the room properly.

The lobby, pool and hot tub were all great. The facility was very nice and staff was friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub area and having the towels provided in this area was an extra bonus.

It was not upscale. Noisy in the morning, pillow cases wrinkled unironed sheets.

Cleanliness and general comfort plus excellent location. It was a great experience will not only recommend we would definitely use it again.

Easy to find off of interstate Single Story, had to pay for typical hot continental breakfast Above average room size if a 2 star hotel, but small for the 3 star rating. Has breakfast buf. similar to Embassy Suites (but at an additional cost). Some items good (made to order omlets), some not so (sausage). Given the cost of family to eat breakfast plus the priceline cost, better to stay in a nicer hotel that may up front appear to cost more but when factoring in breakfast does not and hopefully offers a better room and swimming area (e.g., Hampton Inn, Springhill/Residence Suites, etc.).

Clean facilities, good breakfast and friendly staff. Close to the expressway. We had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well lit and the beds were comfortable.

It was located in an okay area. The size of the room, the poor cleaning, unfriendly staff, over priced food.

Located close to stores, restaurants, and Michigan wine country. The swimming pool was somewhat small. Clean room, we had a king size bed with a couch, desk, TV, and fridge. Small pillows, so you may want to bring your own if you are picky at all. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Excellent location to restaurants and stores. Super friendly and helpful staff. No elevator to second floor. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we found out that the hotel didn't have an elevator, they carried all our bags up to the 2nd level for us. They honored our privacy to sleep in, not service the room, and made sure we had what we needed when they did see us.
