The staff. The smell in the rooms and lobby was not fresh. Overall, with improvements the hotel standards can be raised to a higher level.

This hotel seems a bit tired in spots - some of the bathroom tile /decor seemed a bit beaten down, for example. Maybe needs a spruce-up? And it did not seem like this Courtyard had been given the Marriott beds (maybe it had - but it didn't seem like it.) Anyway - don't let those comments throw you. Aside from this, our stay was fine. DH liked getting cookies on our way in and out of hotel, haha. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was well-stocked and food appeared fresh, service swift and helpful. Here's a hint - if you like a good cup of coffee - Starbucks is right next door in the MGM elegante! For the rate, compared to some of the other hotels - we thought this was a good choice, so much so that I'm staying there again on my next trip to that area.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location to interstate. Hot tub was not working and small rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was small and breakfast buffet was very good.

This used to be a nice place to stay for the money, but it is not being managed well or maintained. Go to the Hilton Garden Inn instead.

I liked the balcony! We sat on it and had a drink while the kids slept. The pool in the hotel had murky looking water. I did not let my kids swim in it. The rooms are spacy and the restroom was pretty big compared to other hotels we've stayed in. Room and bathroom size are a big deal when two adults and two kids are trying to get ready to go somewhere.
