I would recommemd this hotel to everyone. It is close to the airport with free & courteous shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was very clean. Although we had a balcony room but had no outdoor furniture. The grandchildren were busy at the pool or on the internet. Oh, it would be nice if there was a wall mounted clothes line on the balcony, to dry swimwear on. Ours kinda blew off the balcony rail one night. The staff was ok. I had a question about the printing of boarding passes,to which none of the 3 or 4 staff members I asked could not confirm that I could print all boarding passes for my connecting flight also. They all replied "It should print both," but no one knew for sure. I waited and got the boarding passes at the airport, where I knew I would get all of them. I found a little dust on the monitors and behind them,at the boarding pass printing station and some behind the check in/out station,both on the wall and also on the floor moulding. Which I thought this area was in plain view especially from the waiting/sitting area. But electronic devices do attract dust. As all women know. Maybe it was more noticeable because it was on a black wall. I did tell a staff member about this on my last day. I felt she was more approachable that the others I had seen on duty. I did use the laundry room which could really use a chair. Maybe mount one on the wall just behind the door or under the folding table. The information on the wall stated the washer & dryer run time to be 30 minutes. The washer did but the dryer ran 60 minutes. You either had to go back to your room or sit outside in the courtyard. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is very nice. The grandkids really enjoyed the flatscreen tvs mounted on the wall at every dining table. The hotel was quite,clean,comfortable and a real deal for the money. I really expected to pay more for a hotel room that close to D.C. and a Marriott hotel too. It was very conveniently located for visiting my sol and his family. The thermostat got stuck and in the middle of the night I woke up burning up. The room was nicely furnished and kept clean and the staff seemed friendly. I did not experience the other amenities too much because I spent my waking time visiting my son and his family.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Courtyard. The close proximity to the BWI was a huge plus because it gave us easy access to the Light Rail and we didn't have far to travel to get to the hotel after our flight. The shuttle service was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Though, breakfast is rather expensive if you didn't have a free coupon like my friend and I did. When we were trying to find our way somewhere the staff was very helpful in our search.

Visiting MD to attend a concert in Columbia. Great location, in the BWI Hotel District. Only minutes from the airport, but you don't even hear the planes, and didn't take us long to get back from the concert. Very clean place and the staff were top notch. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotels was great not too expensive,it had an eatin area where u could enjoy a drink or two, computers, indoor pool it looked like a little maze garden outside of the pool area.The room nice and clean. pretty big beds were very comfortable. We had a grown ups night out with family/friends. We went to eat at Ruby Tuesdays which was only a couple of minutes away. Then we went to a night club called cancun cantina which was only about 10 minutes away and had both country and r&b on diffrent sides. Just started takin trips it was a nice room quiet area.

Friendly hotel staff, clean new building. Isolated location. An apparently new facility. Clean modern rooms with flat panel television and complimentaryWiFi internet access. On demand hotel shuttle. Courteous staff. Informal dinning facilities with 24/7 convenience snack availability. Somewhat isolated location.

Very nice effecient hotel. Very pleased with service. Free internet. Was able to effortlessly confirm flight and print boarding pas at lobby PC. Maids knocking on door every hour on hour starting at 8:30 AM. Do not disturb sign did the trick the 2nd and 3rd nights. Would highly recommend hotel.

Overall the experience was disappointing. I liked the fact that they had free internet but later wished that they had a firewall cos I got a spyware installed on my laptop within the first hour of use. I was asked to sign a disclosure that there will be no party in the room (and only a maximum of 5 are allowed) which was not a problem for me as I was visiting with family. But, what about those irritating noises the building/hotel makes if someone flushed you know what or, took a shower ??

Location. Clean. Attractive hotel with nice facilities and very nice landscaping outside. Lacks restaurant options that are within walking distance. Delivery options are available. I was very pleased with this hotel. It's clean and quiet with nice facilities. The hotel property and outside areas are very attractive and shuttle service to and from the airport was very good. Business travelers will like this hotel. I would stay here again.

The room is pretty nice for the money we paid, and there is ample parking - always important near the airport. There was no comp;ementary breakfast - only coffee and tea in the lobby.

I ate two breakfasts at the motel. The first morning my order was completely wrong when delivered then cold and dry when corrected. The second morning my order was cold when it should have been warm and I had to remind the staff to bring it to me. Very poor service.

We were visiting MD to spend some time with family. This hotel was very close to the airport and our family. We enjoyed everything in the hotel except when we woke the third morning our coffee,sugar and cream was not replinished so I had to get dressed and go out to lobby to purchase coffee. Front desk did bring (only) the coffee bags 45 minutes later. Other then that our stay was good. We would stay at this hotel again.

The shuttle service to BWI was prompt and efficient. Extra blankets we requested never arrived, and we found someone else's dirty socks in the room.

Greeted by a wonderful young man at the front desk. The interior modern...bright....open. The rooms........yummy beds...........decorated tastefully. New! Loved the buffet the next morning. Coffee great. Would stay there again most definately. Close to the airport... easy access.
