We've stayed at this hotel twice now and have received excellent service each time. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome! I would recommend it any of my friends!

The room was dirty and the rooms overlook the parking lot. The pool never had towels. It felt more like a cheap motel than a Holiday Inn. The traffic lights are slow and the traffic heavy (Easter Weekend). The front desk was unprofessional and slow. I would not stay here again.

We stayed at this fairly new Courtyard by Marriot to attend a concert a Cricket Pavillion which was only about 5 min away! Nice, clean hotel with a great and reasonable breakfast buffet. Our teenagers loved the pool. I would stay there again if I ever had reason to come back to Phoenix.

We got a great price on an excellent room. This hotel was just great. It had good amenities especially for the business traveler and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and an excellent value for the price. The Exercise room offered a good variety of equimpment. Coffee was available in the Lobby 24/7. Location great for the function we were attending. Shopping in close vicinity to the hotel. Hotel even has a section open 24/7 for food, goodies and personal items I did not care for the cost of the breakfast as it seem overly priced. The food is good. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

I planned a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. The location was great it was easily accessable to all the freeways. I enjoyed time out at the pool. The staff was nice. I was disapointed in a few things. First off the on the hotel's website it doesn't say that it is a non-smoking hotel. I even requested a smoking room. I thought it would atleast have told me this wasn't possible at this hotel. Then when I checked in and went to my room I found out that it was a handi-cap room. I checked in at 4:30 fairly early so I am surprised this was given to me. I was disapointed when I wanted to take a bubble bath but there was no bathtub in my shower it was a standing shower.Then while looking for something to watch on tv as I went to the cable channels half of them didnt have any sound that was annoying. Then that evening I was looking out my room and saw there was a gazebo and there were 10 people out there smoking. I was surprised. Overall it was a nice clean hotel and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

New with great location. Price for breakfast was too much for me. This was the perfection location for me, near the freeway but not on the freeway. It is new and everything is in perfect condition.

The staff was outstanding. No free continental breakfast. And the pool was much too cold to enjoy. Excellent staff, rooms, linens and beds. We really appreciated the in room refrigerator. The lobby had fresh baked cookies, newspapers, a coffee bar and business center. This property is fairly new and was beautiful. We would like to go back in the future.

Clean, friendly staff, close to shopping and highway. Directions send you 3 miles north of the hotel. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. Although we did not eat at the on sight restaurant, many people did. There is a pool and workout room which we also did not use. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Convenience , friendly staff , good breakfast. Hotel was very clean. Friendly staff from front desk to maids and very nice in the breakfast area its worth spending the $10 for breakfast.

The room was beautiful and close to everything. I could hear people chatting in hallways. Room was nice and clean, but faced the freeway, so I could hear cars zooming home at 2:00 am when traveling home from bars and what not. My spouse didn't notice, so it just depends on the sleeper, I guess. But I still enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
