Cheerfulness of staff and comfort of room. Charge for breakfast. The hotel is close to everything in the North Detroit area. Easy access, clean rooms, friendly staff andwelcoming lounge/lobby. Would go back again. Requested a refrigerator and it was provided immediately along with extra hangers.

Nice clean hotel on a quiet back street. Very comfortable bed, nice size with a dynamite shower. Would have been nicer if breakfast was included.

Clean hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Love the 24 hour exercise room. Convenient to The Palace, Great Lakes Crossing, & the Chrysler Museum. EZ access via M59 and I75. Quite a few restaurants within 5 miles, too. Hotel is clean, maintained, and quiet.
Date of Stay:

Well maintained. The heating unit was very noisy. I had to wake up a couple of times per night to switch it on/off.
Date of Stay:

It was very close to the Palace of Auburn Hills. It was perfect! This hotel was awesome! It was very close to the Palace of Auburn Hills, it was a $15.00 cab ride for 3 people. The front desk set up our cab ride and was very helpful. The hotel was quiet and clean. I was very pleased with this hotel, I have stayed at the Fairfield before and this one is MUCH nicer.

I liked the setup of the room. The top decorative shower piece was coming off. I enjoyed my stay here because it met my expectations if not succeeded them on almost every level.

The hotel was quiet. The bugs crawling around the lobby. The hotel room was small but it was laid out well. The lobby was dirty to say the least. The pool area was nice and cleaned.

Nice lobby. No continental breakfast. The location of the hotel wasn't the greatest, but overall it was a nice hotel. It was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean and up to date. Slow internet. Excellent value for the price.

The mattress on the bed was fabulous. Latex I think. NA. In the Detroit area this a safe place with lots of upscale shopping places nearby.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Beautiful room. Lack of restaurant. Beautiful accommodations right near all the Rochester Michigan shopping and dining.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
The continental breakfast was very good - exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was small. This is a very nice place to stay.
Date of Stay:

Rooms were nice. The front hotel desk girl was unprofessional. The front hotel clerk was unprofessional. She didn't check me in properly and had the maid knock on my door. The when I went down to check on what the problem was she said never mind she fixed it. Which was rude she could of called the room and let me know I didn't have to come all the way down stairs. Also when I first checked in she told me there were no rooms available then she said she had a double available. She told me there would be an extra charge! I She was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable!

Very good service, friendly people, clean, modern. Nothing. Very nice hotel. Very clean. Great amenities (pool hot tub, WiFi, many more). Very helpful and friendly front desk personnel.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Very close to the Palace of Auburn Hills with many choices to eat. The breakfast buffet cost too much and signage was poor regarding cost. Great location, rooms clean, I would stay there again, but I would eat breakfast down the road. All hotels in our area offer a continental breakfast at no charge.
