We had a short but enjoyable stay. The only problem was that we had to pay extra for breakfast. I would think that if I am paying $120 a night that they could add the breakfast in for free. The service was great and the room was very nice.

Convenient location, pool open throughout the day. Its quality does not meet its price. At a minimum, I would expect a complimentary breakfast at a hotel that costs over $100 per night. This hotel is a decent 2-2.5 star hotel for business travelers, but it definitely does not offer the comfort and amenities you would expect from a hotel at this price. They charge $11 for breakfast, and thee is no complimentary food to speak of (other than coffee and tea). Also, the beds are not very comfortable. They also only had one working computer/printer available for all of the guests in the lobby, and it took some technical skills to get the Internet to work in the room. I have stayed at the same hotel in other locations, and they were better-priced and had complimentary breakfast. So my issue is not with the chain, but with the location specifically.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was too pricey, for what you got, I would prefer to have a more limited continental breakfast included in the room price.Convenient location access to RTE 50 & I97 moments away.We would stay again.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was eager to give directions to anywhere we wanted to go. Washington DC is within a 20-minute drive and the Annapolis area is very nice.

The hotel service is pleasant but there is only one server for breakfast so it's better to have the buffet than wait for the breakfast to be served. Also, there was a problem with the remote for the TV and after changing batteries didn't solve it, they said I'd haved to wait to call the engineer who was not on site and that would take time so we gave up on the remote. However, overall, the experience was positive.

It had a small store with food, beer and wine. There was no wireless internet in the rooms. The staff gave me the wrong room, then after I unpacked asked me to move. The pool was unusable. Do not stay here. I am a business traveler and was very disappointed. The staff put me in the wrong room, after I had unpacked and hours later, they asked me to pack up everything and move rooms. This happened even though there were maybe 10 people staying in the whole hotel. There was no wireless internet in the rooms, so I couldn't get any work done. So, I decided to go for a swim, but the pool and hot tub were unusable. It was very disappointing for a Marriott.

We were in town to attend an event at Sandy Point. The first year we attended the event we stayed at the Courtyard. Then we thought we'd be frugal and we stayed at a hotel closer and cheaper, but NEVER again. The rooms were filthy and the staff rude. We will stay again the next time the event is held.

Location - coffee in lobby - balcony overlooking pretty courtyard. Pool was murky; room not made up one day, despite 2 reminders. This hotel was fine as a mid-grade place to stay, especially if the location is ideal, as it was for us. I appreciated that the pool, while a bit murky, did have a lifeguard on duty, and lovely big towels. Desk service when we asked for maps, and other guidance etc., was very helpful.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly with me but less than friendly, almost curt with my wife. I would definitely stay here again though.

Very good location. There was no bell hop, no concierge, no pool, no restaurant, and the fitness center was not that of a 3 star hotel. When I check in, they originally gave me a room that just had the carpets shampooed. Very bad! They did, however, changed my room for me, but with no bell hop, was simply a hassle.

It was quiet! A bit distant from my destination but still the best bargain for me.

The Marriott Courtyard in Annapolis had very friendly staff and desk clerks. They were extremely accomodating. The room was smaller than expected for a king bed and the layout was odd. It was difficult to watch TV which was beside the bed unless you sat on the edge of the bed.

Close to academy and lots of restaurants. Alittle noisy at night from people going in and out of side door. Good location near Annapolis. several restaurants in the area.A little noisy at night. exercise room is small and one of the treadmills wasn't working properly.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was no mini-fridge in the room and no breakfast of any sort.

Very clean. Entry keys didn't work twice. My husband, and I were very happy with the location, and cleanliness of the hotel. We would stay here again.

Rooms were easily accessible due to side and back access doors. Cleaning crew left the coffee grounds from previous guests in the room coffee maker. Courtyard by Marriott is a well maintained property. It's employees were friendly and helpful in all our needs, especially in trying to figure out the hookup for our computer.

Fair for the price, had a convenient business office. Wireless internet was not working properly.
