Rooms were really lovely inside. Indoor pool was about 15' square. Looked like a standard Courtyard on the outside, but the rooms were really nice and the amenities were a step above.

The beds were great. Bathroom setup; no mirror outside of toilet, bathtub area - should be separate area with sink and mirror.

Clean, fresh, and windows were open to admit fresh air. Hotel was excellent, no problems at all. Comfortable, quiet, well kept, no traffic or other noises, new, fresh, clean, and delightful.

Perfect location for colleges and businesses in the area. Staff was helpful and attentive. Requests for information and additional towels were fulfilled within seconds.

The hotel staff responded quickly to my concerns regarding noise levels on my first night. They changed my room and apologized for any inconvenience. The noise level the first night given my room was over a reception area, also the hotel in general seemed to have poor sound proofing between rooms. I enjoyed my staff, and the staff were quick to respond and change my room during my first night when I complained of the loud noise level from the reception area below my room. The rooms were very nice decorated with soft colors and tasteful art. My only concern was that the sound proofing was poor both between the rooms and with regard to exterior noise which took away from my two night visit. Great location and easy access to both Amherst and Northampton.

The most comfortable bed I've slept in in years. Missing TV remote, Do not dDisturb'sign and toilet paper when we checked in. A wonderful set-up, friendly staff, excellent service, beautiful surroundings both in and outside of this hotel. Everything you could ever want away from home.

The room was bright, clean, contemporary and relaxing - nice amenities. None. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and modern - very comfortable. One can get a quick breakfast or sit down for a longer one. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

As it is new, everything is in good condition. I liked the courtyard with tables and a fire pit with a view of the hills. Very clean and new. New, very clean hotel with a pleasant reception area and lobby. Good amenities like indoor swimming pool, exercise room and attractive outdoor courtyard with a fire pit. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed the use of all that the hotel offered. Everything from the weight room, pool/hot tub, breakfast buffet, and bar. Nothing at all. Everything was clean and all the staff was friendly. This was a great place to spend a quiet romantic weekend close to home.

Good location, staff wasfriendly. Killed 3 insects in 1st room, staff member dropped my credit card down elevator shaft. Very nice hotel with 24 hour fitness room, a pool, Jacuzzi, and breakfast available. Also only hotel I've ever seen with microwavable food available for purchase like Lean Cuisine & Stouffers. Room was clean and comfortable, and everything was new. We had to change rooms due to killing 3 bugs in our first room. Also left my credit card at the front desk, and staff member who was bringing it up to me accidentally dropped my card down the elevator shaft. This was a freak accident, but an added stress after changing rooms. They were able to give me my card back the next morning. Should note this hotel is a half hour from Springfield and Six Flags.

Free computer use with internet access. I can't think of a thing. New hotel with good facilities for the business traveler.
