Our stay at the Courtyard Amarillo was a very pleasant one. From the Service at the front desk on arrival until we left the next day, the whole stay was a wonderful, relaxing experience. The Lobby was welcoming, the business center was in an open area right next to the lounge area which gave it a feel of being at home. It was not closed up in a small room. The outdoor courtyard in the back of the building was a serene place to stroll and relax. The landscaping was immaculately groomed with flowers, trees and bushes as well as a gazebo which also made it seem like we were at home. The room itself was spacious, extremely clean and welcoming. We also used the indoor swimming pool and spa. They were also extremely clean and enjoyable to use. The breakfast buffet we had was excellent. The eggs were cooked to order and the rest of the buffet was very well presented. The food was also very delicious. Overall, the facility was excellent.

I liked the size and layout of our room. It was clean. Four young people in our group became ill after using the swimming pool. They complained of the smell as well. In terms of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel lobby and our room, the hotel met our expectations. Our teenagers swam with teammates in the pool on Saturday night. They complained that the smell of chlorine was very strong and seemed to burn their skin. That night and following morning those teammates all became ill, although other teammates who did not stay at the hotel did not become ill even though all ate at the same restaurant on Saturday evening.

We stayed here en route to visit family for Thanksgiving. Hotel was easy to find and near several restaurants. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, and very quiet. I'd stay there again.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the Amarillo area. The rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The room size was the best part - extra room to move around. Breakfast costs, so we went elsewhere and thought it was supposed to be included.

Excellent staff spacious rooms. I would stay here again, I liked the gentleman at the front that would help with luggage as needed and also seemed to be on watch so added to a secure feeling.

I enjoyed the friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent attitude of the staff. I liked the housekeeping lady who was cordial and very tidy. The air conditioner leaked water. Very, enjoyable. From the friendly attitude at Checkin, to the time I walked out the door after check out, the experience,staff and accommodations were first rate. Thanks I'll be back.

It was in a convenient location. Housekeeping left dirty sheets and towels on the floor that we left for them to clean. Did not clean the restroom very well. Just bad service. It looks really nice on the outside and right when you walk in. The rooms are not very big and you had to call all the time to have things done. That should have automatically been done.

The bed was very comfortable; room was recently remodeled. Mold on shower curtain; gave me a specific room type because of the rate I obtained. Overall 2.5-3.0 star in a town with limited hotel options; the beds were very comfortable.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the furnishings. The staff was less than attentive. They missed my wakeup call. They were slow in responding if you needed something. Overall a nice property. Clean and comfortable. The staff seemed to be busy and slow to respond to guests and potential guests.

It wasclose to good restaurants. Housekeeping was poor, no soap, shampoo and bar was poorly stocked.
