I like the room and the atmosphere. The only thing I found was that the as not clear way of getting from the BWI aiport to the hotel that might be something that can be worked on.

It was everything we expected and more.Limo driver was especially helpful.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. It's about a 10 minute walk from the metro. You can park at the metro but you have to pay for it. We opted to take the Marriott van there and leave the car at the hotel. You ask the front desk and they will have the van drop you off or pick you up. Each time we waited no more than 5 minutes.. they were very fast. Right across from the metro is a movie theatre, Ruby Tuesdays and a couple of other places to eat. Old Town Alexandria is about a 10 minute car ride away. They only slightly bad thing which really didn't bother us at all was the view is of the highway and there was construction going on. You couldn't hear it from the room though.

no shuttle to and from the airport. you have to take the metro and only then they we pick you up. the breakfast is over price and there is no pool.

The location was the best, for our particular situation. Ease of access to Metro and Shuttle Service was also available. We booked a trolley afterdark tour via the hotel, very convienent. The gal at the front desk was VERY helpful. She took the time to explain the Metro and asisted with getting our email confirmation for our tour.

Staff wasfriendly. Close to the metro, restaurants and old town VA. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is available at $13.99/person. Rooms have flat screen TV, sofa/sitting area and some have a balcony. We could hear traffic in our room, but if you are getting up early, it wouldn't matter.

Helpful and friendly staff. Free shuttle was great; I took it to Old Town. Great place to visit.

Everyone on the staff was friendly and very helpful. No parking fee. The air conditioner did not work. Breakfast buffet wasoverpriced. Excellent location. Wonderful staff. Unfortunately, air conditioner did not function. We did not alert the front desk because we did not wish to change rooms, but if we had I am sure they would have fixed it or changed our room.

The location was excellent. Very close to a metro station and they had a shuttle to the station. The restaurant was closed on the weekend but the shuttle took me to a nearby area with several restaurants---I ate at Ruby Tuesday's. I was disappointed that there wasn't a free Continental breakfast---breakfast was expensive. They provided a refrigerator when I requested it. I had a hard time figuring out how to change the room temperature. There was only one thin blanket on the bed but they gave me an extra to use at night.

24 hour coffee, hot chocolate in lobby, but sometimes it was empty. Isolated, no pool and no dinner restaurant on weekends, parking was limited. We got a really nice corner room which was comfortable with a decent view, but it had strangely hideous carpeting. It was kind of no-frills: no pool, no dinner service on weekends. OK for one night.

The "complementary" continental breakfast isn't free after all. They told me it was free and waived the charges for the first morning of my two-night stay, but then billed me for both breakfasts after I had checked out with no outstanding charges to my account. When I called to ask about this, they denied that the breakfast was free.

Shuttle to metro, coffee in lobby, great directions provided. No indoor pool, no HDTV, and no free breakfast. We were very pleased and would stay again. The staff was wonderful and the shuttle was great. The staff gave us great directions with map three times.

this is the best hotel. the room is very clean every thing in the shower is so clean, the bed is great and very clean. all the staff i meet is great and happy to help me with any thing i ask for. easy to go around to any point using metro train, one thing i am not happy about this hotel is the breakfast. the price is not fair. if i have to go to this area, i would stay in this hotel again.

Needs renovation, cleaning and updating. I would not stay again at this hotel. Small parking lots.

The room was very nicely done. The price of the breakfast buffet was ridiculous. The staff was very nice. The shuttle took us to Metro and King Street any time we wanted. I didn't like that it wasn't really in Old Town, nor walkable to Old Town. The room was wonderful. I didn't like the price of breakfast and they kind of have you there as there is no where else to eat. The lack of a pool was another negative.

Clean and beautiful. Nothing. This was a great hotel and I especially enjoyed the workout area of it. There was a friendly, helpful staff and we would definitely stay there again.

I chose to stay in this hotel beacause of all good reviews on this hotel. The hotel is really nice, clean, and quite new. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I loved their warm cookies which were very delicious and tastety. The hotel's location is so convenience, just walk about 10 mins to take Metro trains to everywhere in D.C.. I arrived at Reagan National Airportr and took Metro Train about 15 mins and got off Eisenhower station. Then, the hotel picked me up from the train station to the hotel, only 5 mins. There is AMC movie theater just in front of the train station, restaurants, starbuck, ect. The shower room is very clean. The only thing that I don't like is the breakfast in this hotel. It's not free and quite expensive compared to the foods that are not many available. It's not worth it to have breakfast in the hotel. Anyway, the hotel is really nice and worth to stay. I would stay in this hotel again.

Good location. Fire alarm went of accidentally.

Getting to the hotel by car was very easy. Free parking a definite plus. Close access to subway with free shuttle service made for an excellent value. Only two aspects of the stay I wasn't too pleased with. First, the two front desk staff were acting rather childish and didn't direct us to which floor the room was on or even to where the elevators were. Second, the complimentary coffee was frequently empty. But when the coffee was available it was very tasty! Overall I wouldn't give much consideration to the negative aspects and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good experience and like to recommend to all.
