Date of Stay: June, 2009

* At check in, after a long day of travel, found that no pool towels available, no housekeeping staff on duty, and "we're working on it" stated (with a bright smile) to another guest. * Upper floor hallways very warm. Elevator very warm (another guest stated, "like walking in to a sauna") * Morning of checkout (4am - to catch an early flight out) found that my credit card was not swiped correctly on arrival, delaying checkout. * Toilet did not flush properly (had to hold down, and then it would stick down). When I called to report, ring no answer. * Directions from new airport terminal misleading. * On the positive side, Staff on duty were friendly and attempted to address issues. * Best feature was location - had a 6:20am flight out of Springfield Airport so wanted something very close and generally stay at Marriott hotels.

New and clean, 6 miles from a cave with ride through transportation, friendly employees at hotel. I liked everything about it.

The on site lounge and rest.closed and a $ non refundable chage for a 10.lb pooch was robbery! That was more than the room!

Everything is great about this hotel. Clean, friendly, comfortable, great value for the money, lobby internet access, and a fabulous buffet breakfast provided. The nearest restaurant is a joke as it keeps bakers hours and is not convenient despite being a hop, skip, and a jump from the hotel. However, the hotel itself serves up an awesone breafast but no other meals.

The hotel is right off I-40 and close to the airport.Very easy to find & close to main strip that has a variety of restaurants & fast food.It also has a restaurant that is within walking distance. The kids loved the indoor pool & jacuzzi. Rooms are large,comfortable and very clean. My only complaint is that I was placed in a room by the downstairs back exit & it got rather noisy with guests going in & out to smoke & get luggage etc..If you like to sleep in make sure your room isn't near exit doors!

Staff was very friendly and room was very comfortable. Coffee maker did not work in the room. A very nice room with high speed internet access. Bed was very comfortable, staff was professional and friendly, transportation to and from airport was very timely.

Unfortunately the weather was so bad no flights were going. The staff who were able to come to work went beyond their call of duty. The van driver of the airport shuttle was helping housekeeping make beds between runs. The girl at the front desk had a 14 hour workday and never lost her smile. The beds were comfy and even though we received no housekeeping when we were laid over unepectedly for another day I honestly can't complain because the staff were obviously prioritizing and improvising the best they could.

Very attractive inside and out! Gorgeous slightly upscale hotel. Very easy airport and highway. access. Restaurant on site. Located on the edge of town in a country setting with a short drive for shopping. Very safe area. Rooms were fresh and clean and nicely decorated. We'll stay there again without any hesitation.

I loved the courtyard and lobby. The Jacuzzi was not working - very upsetting after travel. The people and accommodations were very good. However, it was very disappointing that the Jacuzzi was not working.

Check-in was quick. Fire alarm (middle of the night ) with no guidance from hotel staff. I was supposed to be comped for my stay, but I am not sure if that happened.

Quality of room, breakfast availability. Front office manager extremely rood. Hotel (not including staff) was great; however, if you come in wearing shorts and t shirt, you'll get treated poorly. Make sure you wear a suit and tie when walking in.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The beds were harder than I like. This hotel was very convenient to the area of Springfield that I wanted to be in. The hotel was clean, however the beds were very hard. Also do not drink the bottled water that they put in your room! The first thing you see on the bottle is a note that says Please Enjoy in large print. However on further review of the fine print you will see that if you open the bottle they will gladly add $3.50 to your room. How nice!

It was new and all of the fixtures, shower head, linens, furniture, were nice. If I were staying at this hotel to see Springfield, that wouldn't work because it's far away.
