The hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the airport shuttle was very convenient, and I was allowed to check in early free of charge (my flight arrived at 9:30 and I was checked in by 10:15). Everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, the hotel is located near a Friendly's, which has amazing ice cream, and the Blue Snapper, a restaurant that offers a great selection of food, a fun atmosphere, and very friendly service.

Clean, convenient, price value relationship. No room service, but local delivery made up for it.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. I had a nice balcony room with a great fan/air conditioner/heater that I found to be useful. The view from the room on the balcony was breathtaking, you could see the lush greenery everywhere. Middleburg Heights, Ohio is the kind of suburban area you could imagine spending the rest of your life in, it's so quiet and secluded. The hotel itself is only a couple of blocks away from several gas stations, a Kmart, Taco Bell, Denny's, and other establishments. They have what they call "The Market," where they sell food and supplies right in their lobby as a convenience for their guests. The bathroom and room itself were well tended to while I was there. They have free coffee and tea in a spacious living room area next to their lobby, where they also have computers with internet access and a laser printer. The only problem I had was that although I booked my entire trip on Travelocity, they charged the hotel stay to the credit card I used to check in, instead of charging Travel online. I had to call and spend about 10-20 minutes trying to sort that out, which did not please me, but it's a relatively minor blip, because everything else about the hotel was impressive.

My brief stay in Middleburg Heights was very nice at the Courtyard Mariott. The rooms were nice and the atmosphere quiet. The staff was friendly and everything in the hotel seemed easily accessible.

Being young and going to visit my friends in Cleveland meant that there where going to be a lot of nights out at the bars. The maid service was very friendly and tried not to bother me as much as possible despite my lack of Do Not Disturb sign. I've stayed in hotels where they absolutely HATE when you sleep in and interfere with their cleaning. I also liked that is was a farely well taken care of room with a decently comfortable bed (something I expect from a Marriott). The front desk clerks were very nice especially for me showing up at the hotel at a late hour for check in. Also, the rates were at a decent price in my opinion. Overall, I'd say that this would be my first choice for the next time I take a trip back there.

The hotel was easy find and close to restaurants and shopping. Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel room was both comfortable and quiet. Internet access and pool...great place for families.

Comfort /safety/ as a group it was quiet and for the most part comfortable some of the services could use a little tweaking. We had need of the sleeper and asked for extra towels and blankets for the sleeper received 4 bath mats no blankets no towels. The front desk staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and as a group of women we felt safe and were pleased with the overall feel. The housekeeping only did a partial cleaning on the 2 ond day and was slow to respond for room request and was confrontational when we asked for clean sheets for the sleeper sofa.

My wife and I, and our small baby & dog [yes dog -- pets allowed...we have a Boston Terrier]stayed here over a long weekend visiting family. Nice hotel at a very good price (I think we paid $*/night). Good amenities and a friendly staff -- special notice to the nice older lady working the Starbucks counter. Good location as it's close to the highway for access if you have a car, and near the airport (never heard a single plane by the way). Room was a little small - the king bed dominated the room, but we had dog & baby stuff so space was a premium for us. First floor has sliding glass door access from room to parking lot which is nice if you have a pet for those late night potty breaks, and to/from car with the dog. We didn't use the gym or the pool, but both looked very nice and the breakfast buffet has good food and is reasonably priced. Overall we'd stay here again and highly recommend it.

They did not have diet coke. It was clean, located in a area that I was looking for, and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The cost of food. Most (or at least many) hotels I've stayed in include a continental breakfast with the stay. I ended up paying $10.00 for coffee and a bowl of cereal in this hotel. Their menu prices are outrages and there is nothing else within a quick walk of this place. I guess they think they have a monopoly on the food, so why not take advantage of it and the guests.

It was well located, neat, clean and with all proper amenities. This was a very nice facility and we enjoyed our night there. It was exactly where we wanted to be for the event we went to. The only complaint was with the cost of our breakfast. The service was good and staff was polite.

The hotel was very good in every way. I like a firmer bed. The Courtyard is money in the bank. It as a great location. It has a small pantry to buy food and drinks. It was quiet and well maintained.
