Staff was friendly, next to the airport, but very quiet. Great location for business travel, close to the airport and downtown San Jose. Wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.

The screen door that led to the poor. Patio exit in hotel room. The room gave us 2 beds,I wanted 1 bed. San Jose is a great town and it was conveniently located near downtown, room has nice furniture and lobby is very elegant.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. This hotel is conveniently located for public transportation. I used Amtrak and short rail for attending a business meeting in San Jose, CA. The staff was very helpful.

Had to ask multiple times for towels/items, refused to give late checkout which I've never experienced and was told I would be escorted out after 12 pm.

Color scheme and decorations in the room itself. Also like that the rooms are supplied with wired internet as well as wireless. I did not like that the bottled water in the room was charged at $2.50 a bottle. Found it a little ridiculous. I would definitely love to stay at this particular hotel again any day of the week. When I stayed there, the pooled was not in service and it was kind of disappointing being that it was hot the days I was there. It looked like they drained the pool may be due to a leak of some sort. Other than that, I found the hotel to be peaceful and quiet. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The rooms and shower are great. Jacuzzi way too hot, the pool way too shallow. Friendly staff. Nice spacious, clean rooms. Love having a fridge in the room. The shower was the best I have used in my travels.

Free internet, helpful staff. Wake up call was 30 minutes late. Almost missed my flight. Marriott quality less than five minutes from the airport. Friendly staff and free in-room internet. Several good restaurants nearby. I'd stay there again.
