I am a frequent Marriott customer. I selected this hotel for it's location and price. Everything was fine. when I asked to change rooms due to location and noise, I was accommodated to my satisfaction. The shuttle to and from the airport was timely and easy!

I liked the closeness to the city park, where you could hear people playing baseball. No elevators to second floor.

Being so close to the airport, my husband and I thought we would hear the planes all night.Exactly the opposite! We heard nothing at all!The room was quiet and very clean.The bed was heavenly, I even called to inquire about the bed linens.The staff couldn't have been friendlier.Needless to say, we enjoyed uor stay and will definately return!!

I checked in with my wife and son, age 9. We were given keys that did not work to the room we were assigned. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and the keys were rescanned. Just imagine how surprised the occupants of the room were when my son barged in. I reported the incident to the hotel front desk. "We're so sorry, '' they said, when they realized their mistake, only too late. We were assigned the correct room under the reservation with the correct keys. No problems after that with exception of the bill. I paid online travel website up front for this room at the time of my reservation, including taxes. I was told by the front desk clerk that the bill would be reduced by *, only they charged me a second time for the room minus the * credit. It has already appeared on my cc account balance. I'm waiting for the manager to call me personally, to correct the previous errors. BTW, the van service and the breakfast, which was included with the room, was ok, and the cleanliness of the hotel was fine. This was the last night of our vacation prior to flying home the following day. It will sure last long in our memories of an otherwise terrific vacation.

I arrived very late (1:00 AM or so) after airline delays and without luggage. There were no complimentary items such as toothbrush and toothpaste. I had purchased them. No big deal so far. After checking I arrived in my room only to find it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. When I first saw the unmade bed I feared someone was sleeping under the sheets...thankfully not. I returned to the front desk and requested a new room. I also asked for a wake up call knowing that I only had a few hours of shut eye to enjoy. Alas, no call to brighten the beginning of my day.

The Marriott name and closeness to the airport. No liquor in the lounge - only beer and wine. It was very comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were large, but the bathroom vanity was very small. The restaurant was adequate, but because of Salt Lake City regulations, you can't order just a drink in the lounge.

I was very pleased with the quality of the rooms and staff courtesy. We had a family next to us that came in late and were loud. The restaurant was only okay, but otherwise I was very pleased with the overall experience.

The Courtyard at Salt Lake City Airport is a good choice when airport accommodations are needed. The location was very convenient, the rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful. Although the service was a bit slow, the pleasant restaurant is open late and serves quite adequate food. If you have the time, there are several breakfast selections of ample portion size. Internet access is free but limited. Overall, I would stay again at the Courtyard if I had an early morning flight.

Relatively convenient. Isolated from restaurants. No breakfast andlimited parking. Decent airport hotel and close to SLC. Small but clean rooms and limited restaurant hours.

I liked the shuttle service. Noisy heater/air conditioner. My room was located next to a major interstate and the traffic noise was disturbing all night. The air conditioner was very noisy and did not keep the room at a constant temperature. The room was sparse and the bathroom was small with a tiny sink counter top.

Easy and quick access from the highway and to the SLC airport. Clean, standard amenities for a business traveler, comfortable bedding and very friendly staff.

The room had an adequate, clean bathtub. The shuttle drivers were excellent. The restaurant was a pretty basic, boring set of tables right near the lobby. It did not open on time. I would stay here again. Make sure you do not have high expectations for the dining facilities. The major plus is comfortable beds only 5 minutes from the airport. The 24 hour shuttle is great.

I liked the bedding - soft, clean, and high quality. Potholes in parking lot. This was an excellent hotel for travelers using SLC International Airport. The shuttle dropped us off and picked us up quickly.
