The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The towels could have used some more fabric softener. The employees were friendly and accommodating, everything was easy to find, and the pool was a great amenity for my son.

"This hotel has it all, service location, and great accommodations."
Date of Stay:

The room was clean, attractive, comfortable and the staff was accommodating. This hotel meets or exceeds our expectations for a weekend getaway. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of two levels of self-serve or custom cooked buffet in a pleasant dining area. Service at the front desk and in the breakfast area was pleasant and helpful.

My Family with two small children (18 mo. and 6 ) stayed here one night on a return trip. The location was great, minutes form the mall, restaurants, and a super walmart. With fast food in walking distance. the Hotel was very, very clean and so was the room. very comfortable for us all. The pool was a little small. When we were there several other families were also using the pool and it was very cramped. The breakfast buffet was on the expensive side for us, particularly the children's breakfast price. But it was delicious, with hot and fresh food, even made to order omlets. A splurge. worth it!

Friendly staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel. No complaints. Located right off the interstate, this was an ideal choice for us. It was a great place to stay after a very long day driving from Boston. It was so nice to have written directions to the various local restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Availability of computer stations with internet and printing capability. Nothing. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was quiet and well equipped. I enjoyed my meal at breakfast, and the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. I left a book in the room, and the staff helped me retrieve it.

The rooms were very comfortable. I had no problems.

Room with a pull-out couch, allowing the kids more space to sleep. A room without 2 beds. The hotel was very nice. It was right off the expressway, but very welcoming and inviting. The room was neat and clean. The shower was wonderful, good pressure and hot water. It was a holiday weekend, but we would have been more comfortable as a family with young kids having a room with 2 beds. In the past, we've had no problem at other hotels getting 2 beds, but maybe supply was running short with so many travelers that weekend. Overall, a nice experience.

The beds were very comfortable. Small indoor swimming pool. The general feel of the hotel was upscale. The beds were very comfortable. An excellent experience for my first trip to Roanoke.

Awesome customer service, clean facilities. Small swimming pool. Customer service and cleanliness are the two things that matter most to me. The staff was prompt, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely return to this hotel for my next stay in Roanoke.

Very nice but no food service for weekend. No bar or food service. Very clean and nice with great beds.
Date of Stay:

I really did not like anything about it. It was dirty. It was not maintained well. The hotel was in need of a lot of repair. It was very shabby. Of the three ice machines I went in search of, two of them were broken and not working. Everything was dirty. At breakfast time, we could not an empty table that was wiped off. My 85 year old mother just turned around and walked off and refused to eat there. I would never stay there again.

The friendly staff from house keeping to clerks. Toilet seat in our room was very loose. We had a very good nights sleep and a very comfortable stay. It was nice to have a 12 noon check out.

The price. Some of the cleanliness. Good value for the money.

It was convenient, clean, comfortable, great shower and met our needs in every way. No restaurant for lunch. Was very nice in all respects, and would definitely stay at this location or other Courtyards again.
