our stay was during the snow/ice storm in December when so many travelers where stranded in Portland area. The hotel and staff were very helpful to us during this chaotic time. We would deffinately reccomend it.

We had an early flight to catch the next morning and decided to stay close to the airport the night before. We have stayed at other Courtyards and been pleased so that's why we chose the Courtyard again. We weren't disappointed - room was clean and fresh smelling, veryquiet. However, having arrived late evening, we ordered dinner through room service - food was not very warm but tasted okay. Next time, we'll eat out!

I have stayed in Courtyard hotels before, and this one is very close to the airport, so it's convenient if you need to fly in and out of PDX quickly, however, if you want to enjoy Portland, it's too far from downtown. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to have a late checkout with no problem, giving us a wine opener to open a bottle of wine with, and also helpful with directions. We did not use the dining facilities, so I can't comment on that. The price for the hotel was fair.

They were very helpful. There wasnt a fridge or microwave in the room. Next time I'm in Portland, I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel.

The hotel clerks on both our check-in & check-out were not customer service oriented. They were not personable at all. The rooms needed a face lift. We didn't like the bathroom sink being inside the room vs. in the actual bathroom. The towels felt like sandpaper.

Quality of room and friendliness of room service. Front desk personnel were rude and airport shuttle was late. Charges made to my account were inaccurate.

The rooms were so pretty. The hotel is gorgeous,very clean, and the staff was great. Totally enjoyed myself.

It was very inviting, great bedding and very comfortable bed! No pool. It was a great experience; they had mint chocolates on the bedside table that my daughter thought was the best thing ever! The room was very nice and clean, really good bath products available with extra little touches and the lobby/restaurant were very nice.

Nice, clean, close to airport. They were not there to pick up my husband at the airport for 90 minutes. Would stay again, would keep on them to be at the airport in 30 minutes and not 90 minutes. Later we found they did not have a driver so a different hotel was to pick him up.

Hotel was easily accessible from airport. The restaurant had a large variety of foods, beverages and deserts for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean spacious rooms, wireless ease throughout.

The location as well as the shuttle to the airport to catch the train. I smoke - it's hard to stay for two nights in non-smoking also bed too soft. Very clean. If you like very soft mattresses, theirs would work (not us). It is noisy but all-in-all, for what I was able to obtain the room for, well worth the money. You can take their shuttle to the hotel to catch The Max (train) that goes all over Portland; so you can leave the car.

The couches by the fireplace, incorporated into the bar-restaurant, had a nice comfortable homey feel. The young man at the front desk when I arrived.

Comfortable bed, good parking, quiet. No refrigerator or coffee pot plane noise. If you are flying in or out of the airport this would be a good place to stay because of the easy access. We stayed on Christmas eve and day the restaurant was not open at all - we would have definitely eaten at some point.

Courtyard by Marriott is consistently top notch. Friendly staff, convenient location by the airport and as always a comfortable, clean room at this Courtyard by Marriott. The Courtyard chain is way above the run of the mill.

Hi speed wireless business office. No fridge, no microwave, had to pay for breakfast. Overall the hotel was very good. The restaurant was good, prices fair and public areas clean and useable. Shuttle service to airport easy. I was surprised that breakfast of some kind was not included and that the rooms did not have fridges.

Excellent beds and pillows/good airport location, but quiet. Everything was fine. Good commuter location, close to airport and long-term parking, very comfortable, good shower and excellent bedding.

Comfy beds, nice staff, nice rooms, 10 minutes from airport. no ATM. Nice place, beds super comfy, no ATM though. I have stayed at other hotels around the PDX airport. This is one of the nicest, especially for the price.
