We stayed at this Courtyard after 10 days of touring the Sedona and Grand Canyon areas. We were just looking for something close to the airport. We were pleasantly pleased to find that in addition to an ideal location it was a very pleasant and relaxing hotel. The pool and lobby area are top notch. The pool deck is segmented into small private seating areas with high end outdoor/living room furniture. There is even a large gas fire pit. The perfect way to relax after a rigorous vacation.

Good location close to the airport. The room layout could have been better. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The area was clean and conveniently located near the airport and freeway access. The office staff was helpful but failed to point out some conveniences in the central area.

This is a great Hotel. I stay here when ever my schedule requires I be in Phoenix. Clean and comfortable and great staff. Internet in your room and in lobby which is great if you forget your computer like I did last time! The price is great too.

Iloved that the place was close to the airport. Not much traveling. This hotel was a great place to stay. It was comfortable. Staf was very friendly and pleasure to be around. He was a great first face to Marriot!

The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was great! They didn't have a free continental breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was about $10. I had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and a nice size. My only complaint was no complimentary breakfast. The breakfast buffet was about $10.

Marriott hotels are extremely consistent-we love them! We love the fact that Marriott Hotels keep their image strong whether staying at an upscale Marriott, a Courtyard, or a Fairfield Inn. We can always expect good quality accommodations with friendly service.

Higher quality than expected based on rating. No continental breakfast. Located a short distance from I-10. Hotel is very clean and hotel staff was very helpful. A buffet breakfast is available for $8.95 and market is available for snacks and forgotten items such as a comb.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel staff was very friendly, the room was nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again, and would definitely recommend it.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room layout was nice. They need to leave creamer and sweetener with coffee pots in the room. This hotel was a pleasant stay. My room exceeded my expectations. I had a balcony, a comfortable king size bed and a seating area with a couch and table. The position of the TV was a little awkward up for watching TV in bed, but I wasn't staying there to watch TV. The shower head had ample pressure, all the linens passed my cleanliness test. The bed was wonderful and comfortable. I had two excellent nights of sleep. The only thing the room lacked was a small fridge to keep snacks and drinks and sugar and cream for the coffee. As for the hotel amenities, the hours for the gym and the pool were perfect. The pool area was nice and clean. Most important to me, the staff was consistently courteous, friendly and helpful and I was very pleased with the general atmosphere.
