Hotel was plesant and clean, when checking out I asked about where the best place for long term parking was. Hotel informed me of their service. $15 for a week with drop-off and pick-up...fatastic

Spent 2 nights here for business meeting. Bar in lobby-great. Breakfast buffet and menu also--great. Room--fantastic beds, quiet/efficient A/C, spotlessly clean, good strong shower w/small bathroom, also spotless. Multiple, card-secure entrances/exits to parking around hotel. Far enough from runways that planes don't intrude. Professional, courteous front desk, knowledgeable in area dining. Would definitely stay again, designed for business travelers like me.

Rooms were great. Buffett was great. Not 4 miles from Texas Stadium more like 14 miles. Chose hotel due to proximity to this location.

Reception was fantastic. Cut up some while checking in. Asked help finding a place for din din and she got on the web and found the place and cut a map with no propting on my part.

My husband, Lucas, and I came to town because I was scheduled to attend a teacher's conference, and we wanted to spend some time enjoying the city when the sessions were over each day. I brought my cat with me, because I wasn't able to make other arrangements for her at short notice. I was worried about my checkout time, since my conference was over at 4:30 p.m., and CoCo would have nowhere to go on a hot summer day. The staff at the front desk graciously allowed CoCo to stay in the room until 5. That gave me time to finish with my conference and get my car loaded up for the trip home. One sweet girl even came from behind the counter to meet CoCo and make her feel welcome! I have never experienced such hospitality at a hotel, and my husband and I know that the next time we are back in Dallas, we'll be booking our room here!

The overnight staff member (Renee) was very helpful with a couple issues. Shower only had scalding hot water, no temperature control. Overall I was reasonably satisfied with my experience. We only had two snags. The first being my wife had called, requested a refrigerator six plus hours prior to our arrival and when we arrived at 12:30am it had not been provided. After a quick call to the front desk they provided one in 10 minutes. Secondly, the bath/shower water was scalding hot with no temperature control. We had contacted the front desk and their initial response was we have a room that folks just checked out of. Which is totally unacceptable. After explaining that we would not shower in a room that was not cleaned the overnight desk person offered another room to use its bath/shower. More than the refrigerator issue scalding hot water is an enormous safety issue. We had mentioned to the front desk clerk that if a child had jumped into the shower and turned the water on they would have been burned. What galled me the most is they commented that it is an ongoing issue at the hotel. Simply mind boggling.

This hotel was clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, and bug free!! It was easily accessible and kid friendly. We travel to Dallas often and the traffic is usually horrible. This area was very easy to get around. This was on the highway and by the airport, but never heard any noise from either!! There were many restaurants to choose from as well as shopping and other conveniences. We will stay there again!

It was convenient to DFW. Breakfast was not included, and the front desk manager was unpleasant. The hotel itself was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The breakfast was very nice and offered a great selection.

The helpfulness of the front desk staff was incredible! The shuttle to the airport did not start early enough to accommodate us. The front desk staff was amazing for information on the DFW area. They were quick with answers and directions. The shuttle to the airport started at 5:00 am which didn't accommodate our needs. The continental breakfast also didn't start early enough.
