The courtyard marriott in MONROE LA was very comftorable. The room was nice and clean, had a desk and chair and internet access. The hotel is very conviently located and I would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was not one you could sit or even stand on. The hotel was clean and comfortable but nothing special. There was no complimentary breakfast.

Motel is on the edge of major shopping mall property. Lots of dining and shopping places close by.

The front desk staff was very friendly. No extra sheets, housekeeping was poor. This hotel did not meet expectations. The interstate noise was unbelievable and there were no extra sheets in the room, no tissues, there were noisy guests running up and down the halls. The staff did not offer to come and set up the crib in the room they just handed it to us in the bag. There is no free breakfast. You must pay for the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. I will not stay at the Courtyard Marriot again!

It's close to shopping. No free continental breakfast. Other than false advertising on the not so free continental breakfast, it was adequate, not luxurious, but sufficient. There was no hair dryer in the room as advertised.
