This place was easy to find off of I-240, very secure with gated parking, and quiet - no highway noise. I would highly recommend.

I think it had the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Wish it had a continental breakfast. It was a great place to stay if staying in Memphis.

Had to check in 3 times between 3 pm and 6 pm to get 2 rooms that had been reserved. When we finally got the first room, it was a smoking room. Went back to the front desk, and asked them if this was a smoke free hotel, and they just shrugged their shoulders. The front desk staff were non-helpful, to say the least. We finally got the second room, which was fine. The parking lot was in a security gated area, with signs posted that the management was not responsible for any vehicle. The entire neighborhood surrounding the hotel was full of litter and trash. Marriott should remove their name from this hotel.

3 Free computers in the lobby; local shuttle service. Several television channels had no signal, noise from parking lot. The helpful staff is very friendly, especially the shuttle driver.

The facility was phenomenal. The staff extremely courteous and helpful. I had never been to Memphis. The staff was kind enough to recommend and provide directions to various places. I was only in town a few days-- but by the 1st evening the employee knew me by name. Kudos to the staff and management. I would visit again.

Terrible hotel. The hall way was dirty and our toilet was not clean. Although a no-smoking hotel, we woke at 2am to the smell of smoke coming through the vents. Our rate included free breakfast despite the front desk claiming initially it didn't and we had to ask for our $20 Target card at check out- the staff didn't offer it. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again- very disappointing.

Clean, very friendly staff. NothingI didn't like. I saw how clean the hotel was, when I pulled up the inside it was just as nice, and the staff was very accommodating.

First the only complaint the second floor ice machine needs the coil cleaned the ice was alittle slimy. Now the good points the room was comfortable the hallways and lobby area are nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Directions alittle fuzzy. Remember Mill Branch Rd. That will help trust me.

I was a little nervous about noise having read several reviews of other hotels near the airport, but I was not disturbed by any airplane noise. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, even on the first floor next to the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great.

THe Courtside Marriot HOtel in Memphis was very accomodating. I arrived all the way from a road trip from California hours before check in and they still got me a room at no additional charge. I was then presented coupons to some of the local attractions. The room was so spacious and comforting after having driven more than 30 hours. I experienced a nice hot shower with a very relaxing shower head. The room was so quiet and the beds so comfy that I had no trouble falling asleep.I give this Hotel a definite 5 star rating on all accomodations.

View of the garden with nice umbrella tables and outdoor balcony. Sink in room too small. It was very friendly,clean, and accomodating.

Courtyard Marriot although is a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Memphis, the staff is fabulous! The room was spotless and well kept. An excellent experience for both myself and my husband
