Great staff, fast, friendly and efficiant

Conveniently located. Friendly staff, quick easy check in. No continental breakfast. Easy to find hotel. Close restaurants. Room was clean. Airport shuttle was very prompt it was not the desk clerk that was driving the shuttle & trying to run the desk also, like some other area hotels.

The Courtyard by Marriot next to the Kansas City Airport was comfortable with good service. I was very satisfied.

Only one shared computer, so bring your laptop. Staff very competent and friendly. No free breakfast, unless you're a special guest.

Hi...recent holiday weekend jaunt to KC and what a GREAT experience at the Marriott Courtyard! It's proximity to the airport was great, check-in and out was quick and friendly and the room was perfect!

It was super convenient to the Tiffany Springs Complex. We were put in a handicap accessible room with no bathtub.

The bed and pillows were the best. There were too few employee at the check-in counter to meet the customer's needs during check-in. There was one employee and she answered phones etc. The hotel was an excellent place to meet a lover and take care of business at the same time.

Nice lobby, helpful staff. Non-functioning remote, gave me handicapped room, toilet ran forever. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was given a handicapped room - no tub and the shower left a lot to be desired. The TV remote did not work. The toilet ran and ran. I imagine if you are lucky enough to not have these problems it would be a good place to stay. The hotel was a little difficult to find - there wasn't a sign on the highway or the exit ramp. The sign at the hotel itself is small and easy to miss. The hotel is in a good area with lots of good dining choices.

The staff was friendly, the room was nice and it was an easy check in and check out. The overall look of the hallways, elevators and even the room was slightly worn and dated.

Good location. Phone didn't work. Good location for airport connections. The phone in my room did not work so I couldn't get a wake up call. It could have been a disaster if I had given my wake up time to the front desk when I checked in. Fortunately, I said I would call it in from my room, when I discovered the phone didn't work.
