Friendly, safe, clean, upscale, quiet, all the conveniences I needed. I could hear my neighbor's conversation andTV throughthe adjoining door. It's attractive and easy to find, had all the amenities. Comfortable and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. The bathroom tub was very slow to drain and the general condition of the bathroom was not entirely clean. Parking was good, lobby and restaurant were satisfying. Elevators and hallways were acceptable, and the room was comfortable.

Jacuzzi was hot, bed was comfy. As long as you don't mind driving everywhere you might want to go, this hotel is fine. Being across from the airport was not an issue - it's not a busy one and we heard no flights coming in or out, even though our room faced in the direction of the airport.

Unusually friendly staff. No room service. Outstanding! The beds are very cozy and the room was wonderfully quiet. We were in town for a family funeral and it was a difficult time for us made more comfortable by our stay at this hotel.

I really enjoyed how the bathroom was up kept and clean. I did not like the loudness of guests and being on a first floor room. Hotel would be nice to stay in during the week when there may not be as many travelers from the airport.

The bed was extremely comfortable, room clean, staff extremely helpful. Not enough reasonable restaurants around. If you want to fly in and out of Fresno quickly, the location of this hotel is ideal. The hotel is clean, rooms large, bed comfortable and friendly staff.
