We were very pleased with the level of customer service at this location of Courtyard Mariott. They not only provided complimentary airport shuttle service but also arranged to pick me up from the car rental location upon the return of my car. This saved my family valuable time on the day of our flight back to Houston. This was beyond the "call of duty" and was much appreciated by all of us. Thanks to the staff!

Arrived at end of business day - had appetizers & drinks in hotel bar. Food selection and preparation average. Room size and quality average. Left at 6:30 the next morning for flight.

So helpful computer in the lobby fetched me from the car rental. Movies kind of expensive. I had a marvelous stay. Could not have asked for more congenial staff. Quiet and restful.

Friendly, solicitious staff. New property so things are clean and in good order. Comfortable bed, nice linens. Air conditioner quiet and the windows open enough for fresh air. Far enough away from airport that noise was not an issue. Room was on the small side, but good desk and furniture. Points off for no WiFi, only LANline and you have to provide your own cable. On-site restaurant's menu is somewhat limited but the quality is good for the price and location. Had to pay for hot breakfast buffet (Saturday morning), but that was offset by wide selection,quality and nice wait staff. Airport shuttle drivers were helpful and knowledgeable about the property, airport, and the area.

We had a late check in, I called ahead and the room was saved as promised. The young man that checked us in was very friendly and helpful, he made sure we knew that if we needed anything he would be there for us. The room was spotless and spacious.

I attended a workshop held at the DIA Courtyard Marriott Hotel. The staff was always helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer questions no matter how busy they were. Room service was delivered within 15 minutes of ordering - even during the busiest dinner period. The room was spacious and clean. The shuttle service to Denver International Airport was prompt and no reservation was required to ride the shuttle.

Friendly, organized & prompt shuttle, clean, safe. American breakfast was not tasty, sausages gross looking & tasting. We were very pleased to learn we got the Courtyard hotel. Inside rooms are cozier and overlook the courtyard, but we had an outside room overlooking the parking lot but it was totally okay.

Shuttle to and from hotel, rooms decor and clean. Not many things to do around the hotel, like gas or shopping. Clean, well decorated rooms. Desk staff wasn't that friendly. Good place to stay if you are waiting to catch a flight, but wouldn't stay for any length of time where we wanted to go do other things, it's really out in the middle of no where and still 15 minutes from airport. This would be a great place to stay for business or if you have a layover day before flying.

Staff was friendly. Allowed to leave vehicle for time gone for a reasonable fee. Easy to find. Easy to get to airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Left our vehicle for a week for $20. Way cheaper than airport parking.

This is a new hotel. Well maintained, the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My daughter realized after we were at the airport that she left her pillow in the room and the wonderful person at the front desk ran up there, found it and put it on the next shuttle going to the airport! You can't get better service than that! The down side is that the hotel is in the middle of no where. We had to go several miles to the nearest gas station.
