Date of Stay:

Hotel was average but IMHO a bit overpriced for what it was but the stay was fine.

Restaurant on premises. Long walk to rooms. Better than average business hotel. Would highly recommend.
Date of Stay:
September, 2006
Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is now a non-smioking hotel but the rooms that used to be smoking still smell of smoke. They were very nice about changing my room since I could still smell the smoke. Great pool and hot tub. There are not many places to eat nearby so they have a nice restaurant at the hotel. Shuttle service was great and if you have a car it is easy to get anywhere you need to go since it is right off the highway.

Hotel pickup from the airport is poor. This is due to a number of hotels with the same name and this means we get the wrong pickup.

My kids loved the pool.I love pull out couch. Parking, deactivated cards, pool closing. I would probably return to this hotel. It was comfortable, clean, roomy. I loved that they had a pull out sofa bed. My kids were extremely happy about the pool. I was disappointed the pool was closed 12 hours. We couldn't find a place to park near our room and our cards got deactivated at least 1/2 hour before checkout time.

Excellent. Nothing at all. Nice location near the airport.

Neat, organized, clean, helpful staff. No music at pool. Nice, accessible, clean, and friendly staff.

Unexpectedly expensive cost for breakfast meal.
Date of Stay:

Right at the edge of the Pittsburgh airport.

The hotel staffwas friendly. This hotel had a Market (for little shopping). Nothing. Staff was friendly. They also had breakfast buffet at a price of $8.99 per adult and $4.99 for kids below age 12. Breakfast was nice. They had every day house keeping. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff, location, food was good, parking/ we could park right by our room. Charged for breakfast/did not offer continental breakfast, dinner not available on weekends. Beds uncomfortable.

The beds were great.

Clean and convenient. They didn't provide refrigerator, microwave to Priceline customers. If you book through Priceline, be ready to be treated unfairly. You would not aces to refrigerators, microwaves, and other essentials.
Date of Stay:

Very clean and well kept. It would have been nicer to reserve the room at the $30.00 level

Room size and staff was incredibly nice. No continental braekfast. We have stayed here before and it's very comfortable. We have also stayed in others where some kind of breakfast was included.

The room was a welcome sight and very inviting and clean. Thye bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was excellent.

Very Priceline friendly. Overall experience was very good. The ability to hear other rooms an the hallway was a negative. I would try to get somewhere else in the future, but would not be overly disappointed.

The hotelconvenient. The beds and pillows were well below acceptable expectations. The Courtyard Marriott at Pittsburgh Airport was a good overall value for the money. For its location, the noise from the neighboring airport was almost unnoticeable; however, the air conditioning unit more than made up for that. The pools and hot tub were welcome indulgences. The fitness room was adequate for novice fitness enthusiasts. There is no restaurant on premises and only two nearby take-out choices: Chinese and Italian, both of dubious quality. The room was of a decent size, as was the bathroom. The beds were, I believe, memory foam and for me way too soft. I also was not happy about the down pillows. The cable television stations were sparse. The overall cleanliness was impeccable, however. The staff was courteous and very knowledgeable about the area. Though there was no on-site restaurant, the hotel was near to many fine establishments of a great variety and did provide (for a nominal price) and all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order and many healthy options.

Location and cleanliness. No refrigerator and microwave in the room. Hotel was located in convenient location. Looked to me that the breakfast was complementary but as per receptionist, breakfast was complementary for some guest not for all, which was surprising. Never heard double standards in any other hotel.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Shuttle service to airport was complimentary. Entrance closest to our room only had steps-no ramp. We had heavy suitcases on wheels and had to carry them up and down stairs.
