Room location andconvenient to parking lot. Hot tub closed for chemical maintenance during open hours instead of during closed hours. It was clean and quiet. I didn't like the restaurant. Not 3 star quality. The room was average not special. The bed was comfortable.

The motel was selected for me and paid for by someone else. If I had the choice, even though the motel was nice, I would not have selected this location nor the price. If you just need a place to sleep with nice accommodations, there are many more in the near vicinity as well as the Columbus area. Room and parking are a distance from each other, and fire alarm continued to go off during the early evening hours (a little leary) even though security was there to assure everyone that it was only a false alarm.

"This was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. The hotel was very quite, clean and newly remodeled. The employee's were very nice and helpful. The area is safe and close to lots of cool places to go. Very comfortable beds. The landscaping was very well kept up. Every Tuesday the hotel has a free barbecue for everyone. This is just a wonderful and friendly hotel. I would stay here again."

"Manager stated the policy: written confirmation ""Nonsmoking room guaranteed"" means request only; no rate adjustment. I've slept in smoking rooms before, but this stench was unbearable. They put a machine in for an hour, then demanded, ""I need my machine back right now!."" Desk staff are sullen to surly, although restaurant staff are nice. Hotel is good for smokers, otherwise good for nothing."

It was ideally located for our day excursion to Easton mall. The room was much smaller than anticipated. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. They checked us in quickly.

Quiet, relatively clean. Cramped bathroom, wasn't at the airport as expected. It's okay if you're overnighting at the airport -- economical, generally clean and quiet, a good place to stay if you need a roof and a bed. Restaurants are nearby, along with access to 270 N/S.

Awesome location. About 10 minutes from Easton mall, and 10 min from downtown. Amazing bed. Desk staff gave us wrongWiFi key. TV had the worst cable reception of any hotel I've stayed. This hotel spent most of it's money on the bed - by far one of the best I've slept in for a hotel. The decor was not that great. Having a balcony was very romantic. Television was a nice wide screen, but the cable reception was the worst of any TV I've ever used (kinda defeated the purpose). The shower was nice and large.

Very poor customer service, and not a willing to help attitude. Though the facilities were upscale, service was very poor, and several items were stolen from my possession by the housekeeping staff, with little support, or concern from the management.

Appearance of room was extremely clean. I had absolutely no heat the furnace was broken andI did not get offered another room. I was preparing for state boards and slept in a cold room!
