The first two nights of our stay were very quiet and we slept well. The third night could not have been worse, with yelling and fighting in the hall outside our room. Finally, the police showed up, banging on doors and escorting the troublemakers out in handcuffs. When we left at 5 a.m. the front desk clerk must have had a rough night too, as she wasn't typical of the rest of the (friendly) staff we had talked to. Didn't seem to care to much if we stayed again or not. Which will be not.

Good, clean, safe hotel & area. Convenient to downtown. Nothing was bad about this hotel.

I was very pleased that this place was so nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed using the pool, the exercise room, and sitting in the scenic courtyard. The breakfast in the open area by the lobby with windows overlooking the courtyard was very good, filling, and reasonable. We were glad there was a shuttle service to the airport since we had no rental car. We will return next visit to Albuquerque. PS Also enjoyed the complimentary homemade cookies at the front desk!

There was a pair of socks under a chair and hair in the sink area. So we checked bed for hair. I like a spotless hotel room.

Not much works in the business center. Good staff, electrical outlets in rooms are scarce and inconvenient.

There was an initial misunderstanding about "Orbitz" promotional offer of complimentary breakfast and the hotels normal mode of operandi. After "Showing" them "Orbitz" offer they finally honored the promotion after some "Let me check with my manager"...Grrrrr And I went through the same thing the next day with restaurant manager not getting an OK for comp breakfast from front desk ---Double Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Close to ABQ Airport and nice grounds. Had to pay $9 for breakfast in the lobby if you did!

Stayed after arriving in Albuquerque in the evening for an early morning flight. Check-in (including pickup from airport) was fine. However, the room was poorly maintained. The tv remote didn't work so we sent down for a new one. The cold water faucet didn't work, so we could only get boiling hot water. The room overall had a dingy unmaintained look. It was late, so instead of asking for a new room we went to sleep. The next morning, the front desk didn't answer despite our repeated calls, so we had to rush down to make sure that we would catch the 7:00 shuttle to the airport. Since we there was no one at the front desk (which wasn't attended for a few minutes at a time), we weren't able to get a luggage cart sent up even after coming down and we had to drag our luggage down. The shuttle bus to the airport left 10 minutes late.

Great staff, clean and good facilities. Adjoining room was very noisy; an alarm clock went off every afternoon and was on till we called staff to come. Bed was too hard. It was not the best place to stay for an extended stay.

Front desk staffwas very courteous. For the cost of the room, breakfast should have been complimentary.

We had a midnight flight into Albuquerque, so we had selected this hotel for the location and complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle service was excellent - they had said they'd be willing to pick us up at the airport whenever our flight got in, and came right when we called. They were also more than happy to run us back to the airport in the morning to pick up our rental car. The hotel was just minutes from the airport, as we were aiming for. The room was very comfortable, and all of the staff was very pleasant.

The balcony and the courtesy. I did not have breakfast available when I departed. From what I was able to use at the hotel, I think that it was a very comfortable space. Itis literally at the airport and as a result I would have liked to have shuttle service available by appointment for extremely early flights. However, I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay there again. It would be good for them to also provide a shuttle to downtown locations since it is within minutes of that area as well.

Very clean. For the price, it was more than I was expecting.

Hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Was very accommodating for me and my family. High speed internet was available in room but the plug in was not compatible with my laptop. Wi-fi was available only in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beds were excellent. Kids really had fun in the pool. There was a minor inconvenience with the internet in my room, it was not compatible with my laptop and wi-fi was only available in the lobby. Over all this was an excellent hotel!

Bed was very comfortable with its nice linen. Restaurant wasn't open so we had to seek alternative options. It was the best sleep after a long week, bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and closely situated to the airport. Unfortunately there wasn't any breakfast items before leaving for the airport the next day.

The size and comfort of the beds. Our room cards ceased to work on the third day. A great place to stay especially if you want to be close to the airport. Windows were insulated and airport noise wasn't really noticable. Clean and kept up well.

The housekeeping staff was excellent. There was no blanket or bedspread on the bed. The hotel is convenient to the airport and the housekeeping staff is excellent. The room was very clean, but my son and I were crowded into a room with a bed and a pull-out; leaving no room to walk or do anything else if the pull-out was in use. The facility hours (pool/exercise room) are longer than most other hotels (a plus) but the temperature of the air in the pool area was so chilly as to be distinctly uncomfortable, especially after getting out of the spa! I also think that there are better values out there - I have had hotels offering free breakfast and with larger rooms for better value for my dollar, this hotel LOOKS nice and it's got a major name, but nothing is special about it. I plan to stay elsewhere the next time.

Friendly staff that asked us about our room preferences and gave us plenty of insight on area activities. No complimentary breakfast. Great hotel at the airport and near I 25 for easy and quick access into downtown Albuquerque and Old Town. Extremely friendly staff. Great updated and clean rooms. Lovely courtyard.
