Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in the Brookline/Boston Area. We never did end up using their swimming pool & jacuzzi, though; this is because the pool was only about 3 1/2 to just under 4 feet deep, and the jacuzzi looked to be too small. Our room was nice and clean; our bed was very comfortable. We had trouble finding the hotel's location as it was rather hidden, making it more difficult to find, especially when it's one's first time driving in the Boston area and is unfamiliar with the surroundings and adjacent locations, as the hotel was not exactly right along an exit on a major highway. It would have been nice if they had a free complimentary continental breakfast buffet instead of having to pay additional money for breakfast at their lounge. However, this hotel is definitely a place that is more suitable for those who are on business trips of any kind and need a welcoming and restful place to stay overnight.

Staffwas very helpful. This hotel is very clean and neat, though I think I would be disappointed had I paid the regular rate. The rooms are nothing exceptional and one gets the impression that the rates reflect the location rather than the amenities. The staff, however, were uniformly helpful with our special needs and courteous in general.

I have stayed in numerous Marriot Courtyard Hotels. This is the first one I've been very disappointed in. Room was very small and unclean.

Great location, 5 trolly stops from fenway. Hotel waived the fee for the parking garage. I would go to this hotel again.

We flew into Boston for a whirlwind weekend with our BU daughter. This was a great place to stay. Close to the T, shopping, restaurants. The two rooms we had were terrific. Great views at night, lovely beds!

Convenient location, right off the "T". Minutes from Fenway Park and downtown. Nice area for shopping as well.

It was in a great location. There was parking that you had to pay a rediculous amount for below the hotel. It should be free for guests. This hotel was clean and well decorated. There were not vending machines in the hallway for a quick snack you have to go downstairs and pay a lot of money for a little snack and a drink. There was no hairdryer in the room.

much too highly priced for the non-amenities

The hotel was located near the subway for convenient travel. There were holes and stains on the bedding. They over-charged us for parking. This hotel looks nice on the outside, however the bedding had holes and stains! Also when we checked in, we were told that parking was going to be $10 per night. When we checked out we were charged $18 per night for parking. The manager and staff was rude and did not treat us with respect. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location, and price were perfect for my visit. Would love to have small breakfast provided (free). A very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms, bathrooms are large, and very clean. The bedding is the great Marriott linens we have grown accustomed to.

Loved the location. Was within walking distance of many stores and restaurants as well as public transportation. The daily parking fee. The hotel was very upscale with out being stuffy. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very nice with plenty of room to relax or work.
